GM Integrated variable frequency rotor compressor The industry-disruptive integrated liquid reservoir bottom structure is adopted to ensure high efficiency and energy saving while achieving extreme miniaturization. The product width is reduced by 20% compared with the mainstream products in the industry, effectively increasing the air conditioning cabinet capacity by 25%; the refrigerant insulation technology is used to increase the COP by 3%, and the air conditioning heating/cooling capacity is further increased by 2%~3%; at the same time, the gas-liquid two-phase control technology is used to reduce the suction pressure loss by 50%, which is more efficient and energy-saving; and the reverse gravity oil return technology is used to improve reliability, and it can run continuously for 3,500 hours under extreme working conditions. This product has obtained up to 97 patent results, and its original small integrated advantages enable the compactness and efficiency of household air conditioning products.
GM Ultra-quiet heat pump heating compressor Fully meet the green and low-carbon heat pump heating needs under the global sustainable background. With the four key technologies of ultra-high fixed frequency welding bracket, shaft balance coefficient improvement, cavity resonance frequency shifting technology, and motor fundamental electromagnetic force optimization technology, the noise amplitude of the core frequency band is reduced; for the operation problem in low temperature environment, GM's ultra-quiet heat pump heating compressor achieves excellent heating performance at ultra-low ambient temperature of -35℃ with ultra-wide operating range design and high-reliability bearing technology, which can meet the 75℃ outlet water temperature requirement at low ambient temperature, and the maximum condensing temperature reaches 83℃, and the maximum compression ratio reaches 17.
GM Commercial small-sized high-efficiency variable frequency scroll compressor With the advantages of "small shell diameter, large heart, super energy core", it breaks through the current status of the industry and achieves first-class energy efficiency, full-band quietness and flexible layout of multi-split air-conditioning systems. Compared with the previous generation of variable frequency scroll products, this new product has a 28% reduction in volume and a 27.6% increase in unit capacity weight; the use of a high-efficiency adaptive asymmetric structure increases COP by 4.2% (60rps) and OCR by 25% (120rps) compared to products with the same capacity in the industry, and increases motor and mechanical efficiency by 2%; the full-band active noise reduction design controls the operating noise within 59 decibels; at the same time, it eliminates enthalpy pressure pulsation and backflow from the source, improves the reliability of the entire product chain, and increases the allowable stress of pipeline operation by 240%.
