Product Introduction:
Enotek Intelligent Logistics Solutions for New Materials Industry
As the integrator of the project, Enotek provided design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training and after-sales services. The project includes a total of 2,045 cargo spaces, using 1 stacker and 2 AGVs. In the planning of the solution, Enotek first had to solve the problem of storage density. The customer's finished products belong to the coil series, and the size and weight range of the finished products are extremely wide, and the corresponding weights are also different. Therefore, the use of common pallet storage solutions will not only fail to improve storage density, but will also increase unnecessary costs and management complexity (due to the heavy weight of the finished products, non-standard pallets are required, and the application cost is too high). In this case, Enotek adopted a pallet-free solution for the company, that is, all equipment in the solution, such as stackers, AGVs, shelves, etc., can directly carry finished products for transportation and storage. At the same time, Enotek classified the finished products according to the diameter of the warehouse, thereby improving the storage space and utilization rate. Moreover, in order to adapt to the size of the finished products, Enotek customized and developed AGV and stacker for the company. The stacker fork is a V-shaped fork with a length of 3.8 meters, which is very rare in the industry. In terms of the structure of the shelf, because the shelf height reaches 22 meters and uses unconventional forks, the traditional double-column shelf cannot meet the load-bearing requirements, so Enotek chose a 4-column structure shelf to increase the load-bearing weight.
In terms of processes, Enotek has applied customized equipment to the company, enabling all processes to be completed unmanned and automated. For example, the stacker can directly pick up materials from the AGV, thus saving the connection links and workstations, and further improving space utilization.
In addition, informatization is also an advantage of Enotek. Compared with other industries, the finished products of this enterprise have unique appearance. How to effectively bind the "code" and the object and ensure that there is no missed scanning and reading is one of the keys to the reliability of the entire system. Therefore, Enotek "tailors" and places barcodes on the reels of the finished products, and cooperates with Enotek's barcode reading equipment to achieve high accuracy and high reliability of informatization.
