Dajie Robotics participates in the "Veco Cup OFweek 2023 China Robotics Industry Annual Technology Breakthrough Award"
Award: Veken Cup OFweek 2023 China Robotics Industry Annual Technology Breakthrough Award
Participating companies: Shanghai Dajie Robotics Technology Co., Ltd.
Technical introduction:
RoBIM is an industrial software developed by Dajie that connects design model data with robot motion planning, realizing one-click production from CAD to CAM. Compared with traditional offline programming software, RoBIM's core advantages are:
lNo programming or teaching required, simple and friendly human-computer interaction interface, low operating threshold;
lEmbedded data docking module supports one-click import and one-click processing of massive drawings and models;
lPossessing algorithms such as geometry, process, vision, and robotic arm planning, it can realize intelligent perception, autonomous decision-making, and flexible production;
l Adapt to robots, sensors , auxiliary tools and other hardware of all brands and categories to fully meet customized needs;
l Provide a virtual simulation environment to control and optimize the production process in real time, and use digital twin technology to connect equipment for actual production.
Based on the capabilities of the industrial software RoBIM, Dajie Robotics has launched intelligent welding and cutting products and solutions to help intelligent manufacturing in the construction and industrial fields.
1. RobimCut Intelligent Cutting Center
In 2022, RobimCut Intelligent Cutting Center was selected as one of the first batch of typical examples of new technologies, new products and innovative services for intelligent construction in Guangdong Province. It can meet the full-automatic cutting of small carbon steel parts and supports both flame and plasma processing. It can be widely used in the blanking production workshops of customers in industries such as building steel structures, bridges, coal machinery, shipbuilding, engineering machinery, and marine engineering. The programming-free and teaching-free RobimCut software can realize one-click import of massive drawings and models for immediate production.
Dajie provides Zhengzhou Coal Machinery Group with a fully automatic plasma robot bevel cutting workstation. The RoBIM software has an embedded bevel cutting and grinding expert library. The robot automatically calls the process library to configure the cutting parameters, realizing the intelligent production of automatic loading and unloading, cutting and grinding of workpieces without teaching. The self-developed coarse and fine integrated visual positioning adopts the industry-leading 3D visual algorithm, supports small batches and multiple varieties of incoming materials, has a high degree of flexibility, and can directly accurately position and cut the workpiece in 15 seconds, maximizing the arc burning rate of the cutting robot . Compared with the linear laser scanning positioning method, the company's self-developed coarse and fine integrated positioning method has increased the cutting efficiency by 2 times and the production cycle by 30%. Compared with manual labor, the efficiency has increased by nearly 10 times.
2. RobimWeld Intelligent Welding Center
RobimWeld intelligent welding center can be used in steel assembly workpieces in the fields of construction, bridges, marine steel structures, etc. It can directly and quickly read various types of drawings and model original data such as ifc, dxf, stl, stp, etc. through RobimWeld software, and automatically generate welds, welding processes and robot welding paths, helping companies reduce 90% of the time for making processing drawings, save 80% of manual programming time and 2-3 programmers, and at the same time, the efficiency of a single machine is about 1.8 times that of traditional manual welding.
3. Intelligent welding production line for prefabricated buildings
The production line is equipped with self-developed RobimWeld software, which can quickly read steel structure model data, automatically generate welding paths, automatically position and correct deviations, optimize production process, and achieve one-key start and intelligent welding, saving a lot of dimensioning and verification work in traditional processes, shortening delivery cycles and improving production quality. It has been put into use in the manufacturing plants of customers such as China Construction Science and Technology and Aluminum Youjia.
RoBIM software is also used in scientific research in universities. We have led the construction of laboratories in a series of top universities of architecture, including Zhejiang University, Tongji University, South China University of Technology, Tianjin University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing University of Civil Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and Shenzhen University. At the same time, we have also opened professional courses in intelligent construction for public welfare purposes, contributing to the cultivation of compound talents in our country.
Company Introduction:
Shanghai Dajie Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading intelligent robot system company in China. It creates a new generation of robot solutions for flexible manufacturing through its self-developed industrial software platform RoBIM. The company has an interdisciplinary research and development team with master and doctoral degrees and technical experts from the fields of graphics and automation. It is deeply engaged in core technologies such as robot control, algorithms and human-computer interaction, and is committed to applying better robot systems to the global construction and manufacturing industries.
Reasons for participation:
In steel structure processing, cutting and welding are two important processes and the core manufacturing sector. The traditional robot production method currently used, which mainly relies on offline simulation and on-site teaching, cannot solve the technical problems of accuracy and efficiency and achieve true flexibility. In addition, since the software systems of cutting and welding robots are independent of each other, the project information, product data and task processes at the production end cannot be connected, making the Chinese market blank for intelligent robot systems that can run through the cutting, riveting and welding process.
Dajie has conducted systematic research on robot hands, eyes, and brains, established a digital twin system based on perception and autonomous decision-making, and developed advanced domestic industrial software based on cloud platform technology and intelligent algorithms. It has connected all the links of "drawings-geometry-features-processes-hardware" and realized the free flow of data from design to construction. It has made flexible and intelligent continuous production of cutting, welding, and assembly of steel structures possible, effectively filling the domestic gap.
Voting time:
The voting for this year's "OFweek Robot Awards 2023" event will begin on February 20. Please pay attention to the robot-related selection news on Veken.com and you are welcome to vote.
