Gao Xingfu, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, congratulated the conference. In his speech, he pointed out that while striving to build a world-class intelligent IoT industry cluster, he expects representative companies such as Hikvision and HikRobot to further stimulate the innovative vitality of intelligent manufacturing and promote Zhejiang's manufacturing industry to take the lead in the wave of digital transformation .
AI+Flexible Intelligent Manufacturing+Intelligent IoT: Breaking through uncertainty
As the global business environment continues to change, the diversity of market demand has become increasingly prominent, and dealing with uncertainty has become the norm in the manufacturing industry.
In the first chapter of the main summit, "Talking about Intelligent Manufacturing", Academician Li Peigen first delivered a keynote speech "AI+Manufacturing, Trends One and Two". He pointed out that through artificial intelligence, we can gain insight into high-level and complex relationships in production and manufacturing, and promote enterprise transformation. Enterprises with conditions should be prepared for intelligent upgrades.
In order to improve the speed of response to uncertainty, it is particularly important to make enterprises more flexible. Jia Yonghua, CEO of HikRobot, delivered a keynote speech on "Flexible Intelligent Manufacturing in Practice", emphasizing the core position of the concept of flexibility in smart factories. He pointed out that HikRobot subdivides the granularity of flexibility into the smallest units, allowing the tentacles of flexibility to be injected into each component, assembly and algorithm. At the same time, flexibility is also passed to every node in the production value chain, forming the intelligence of a single device and the intelligence of a composite device, and gradually covering a single production line, multiple production lines, and then to the workshop and the entire smart factory. In the future, we will continue to adhere to openness and win-win, jointly build an ecosystem with upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and accelerate the intelligent manufacturing upgrade in all walks of life.
Subsequently, Hikvision Senior Vice President Xu Ximing delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Smart IoT Promotes Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry". He said that Hikvision started with video surveillance, developed in comprehensive security, and is now comprehensively deploying smart IoT. Hikvision uses full-stack smart IoT technology to enable the digitalization of manufacturing operation technology (OT), and promotes the operation improvement of various links such as production lines, workshops, factories/parks, and large enterprise chains in the manufacturing industry, to help the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. As a company with strong innovation capabilities, Hikvision continues to innovate in the field of smart manufacturing to provide users with more comprehensive, complete, and inclusive solutions.
Leading with innovation, empowering the ecosystem
In the second chapter of the conference, "Smart Manufacturing Engine", Zhang Wencong, Vice President of Hikvision Robotics, first delivered a keynote speech on "Open Innovation, Building Ecosystem". He pointed out that since its establishment in 2016, Hikvision Robotics has more than 200 ecological partners and more than 15,000 customers. Facing the uncertainty of the future, Zhang Wencong said that Hikvision Robotics will keep up with the trend of technological development, continue to expand the breadth of products, provide the industry with a simpler and more open software and hardware system platform, adhere to the ecological development strategy for a long time, continue to promote ecological cooperation plans, and is willing to work hand in hand with partners to win the future together.
Including the press conference held at this year's conference, Hikvision Robotics has held new product launch conferences for machine vision for 8 consecutive years , and its 2D vision, smart ID and 3D vision product lines continue to produce innovative products.
Wu Yonghai, Vice President of Hikvision Robotics, shared his experience on "Laying a solid foundation and pioneering innovation". He mentioned that the mobile robot business has gradually completed the full stack self-development of hardware, software, and algorithms. The solid product strength has laid a good foundation for empowering partners in the future and establishing a sound ecosystem and service system. By the end of 2023, more than 80,000 mobile robots have been delivered, serving more than 2,000 customers.
In-depth dialogue, panoramic experience
In addition to the main summit, the conference set up industry sub-forum sections covering automobiles, lithium batteries, photovoltaics, 3C, large-scale circulation and five major industries. Representatives from Geely, Pioneer, Jingsheng, AVIC Optronics, SF Supply Chain, Beijing Zi Technology and other companies came to the scene and gave speeches, covering smart manufacturing solutions and practical case sharing.
In addition, the conference also created a 3,000-square-meter smart manufacturing site, which consists of two exhibition areas, A1 and A2, and a multi-dimensional matrix, focusing on the entire scene of smart manufacturing, covering multiple fields including the above five industries. The real scene-based environment presentation allowed the guests to feel every link in the smart manufacturing ecological chain, helping more people understand smart manufacturing solutions outside their own industry, and bringing new ideas for smart manufacturing upgrades in different industries.
Cultivate new forces and stimulate the vitality of talents
On the afternoon of April 11, the final of the 2nd "Qizhi Cup" Machine Vision Design Competition was also held simultaneously. As the core part of the industry-university competition, the competition aims to cultivate talents, open up the ecosystem, and achieve symbiosis and win-win results. A total of 320+ teams from more than 110 universities have registered. Key universities include Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Zhejiang University, etc., empowering more than 1,000 people.
As smart manufacturing enters a new stage, Hikvision Robotics will continue to uphold the concept of "making machines smarter and making intelligence more inclusive", delve deeper into the field of smart manufacturing, continue to explore and innovate, promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, help all walks of life achieve smarter and more efficient production and management, and achieve mutual benefit with partners from all walks of life.
