OFweek Cup · OFweek 2023 China Robot Industry Annual Selection (abbreviated as OFweek Robot Awards 2023) is jointly organized by OFweek, China's high-tech industry portal, and its authoritative robot professional media - OFweek Robot. This selection is a major brand event in China's robot industry and one of the most professional and influential selections in the high-tech industry.

The OFweek Robot Awards 2023, the annual selection of China's robot industry, will enter the online voting stage from February 20 to March 20, 2024, and the award ceremony will be held in Shenzhen on April 18. At present, the event is in the hot stage of enterprise application, and enterprises in the industry have responded positively.

Product Introduction:
The project covers the SPS distribution scenarios in the final assembly workshop (door line, interior line) and the JIT large-scale material direct delivery to the line (chassis and aftermarket) scenarios. It reasonably arranges the AMR task sequence according to the line location to reduce congestion and waiting in the line side channels.
The factory has introduced the smart mobile robot logistics solution, with a total of more than 100 AMRs, and connected the LES software data with upstream and downstream business information flows, realizing unmanned logistics and distribution at the line, chassis line, door line, interior line, and after-sales line. It has become the first benchmark factory in the industry to introduce a visual mobile robot assembly workshop automated distribution project.
In the post-loading line, the material pulling information of the line side is transmitted to the material waiting area, and the intelligent board is used to instruct the sorting workers to prepare materials in advance, reducing the waiting time for materials on the line by 50%. After the worker scans the code for verification, the AMR autonomously navigates to the waiting station, docks the material rack, and relies on the complex environment perception ability of "vision + dual radar" to safely perform the handling task according to the optimal distribution route, deliver the full material truck to the line side station on time, and autonomously transport the empty material truck back.
In the interior and door lines, the AMRs are lurking and pulling to deliver materials from the distribution area to the lineside workstations in an SPS manner. The AMRs navigate to the material distribution area with empty racks, and the pickers pick according to the lighted instructions to ensure that the parts are accurately prepared. When the AMRs arrive at the unloading point at the lineside, the full racks are automatically unloaded. After the material delivery is completed, they automatically mount the empty racks and return to the empty material truck recycling point. The AMR dispatching system coordinates the distribution rhythm globally to ensure accurate material delivery.
In the chassis line, the old factory material racks are reused, and unmanned forklifts are used to connect semi-finished materials such as left and right sliding axles and rear axles from the production workshop to the final assembly station, as well as to transport off-site materials such as exhaust pipes and fuel tanks from the material dispatch area to the final assembly station.

Reasons for participation:
Chery's Chaoyi Factory faces challenges such as high production rhythm requirements, large-scale handling, the need to dock with racks of various sizes, complex on-site environment, high requirements for AMR operation stability, and the need to accurately lock the production rhythm. Lingdong Technology provides a set of automated transportation management systems for the entire operation process from raw material warehousing, picking, production line docking, and outbound delivery, supporting in-plant logistics upgrades including old factory renovations, and assisting factories in achieving full-process data-based digital transformation and upgrades. The cluster scheduling system covers robot application development platforms, business platforms such as automated picking and handling, and business middle platforms such as process management. It consists of the RPM layer and the RCS layer, and can be directly connected to client WMS, OPS, ERP, MES and other systems to achieve intelligent visual management of robots and production processes, task allocation and scheduling, path planning, elevator or peripheral interaction, and traffic management during operation.
The project realizes the factory's full-process automated distribution, ensures JIT on-time delivery of various parts, reduces the risk of production line shutdowns, reduces the logistics cost of a single vehicle by 10%, and reduces line-side overflow by ≤15%. At the same time, it greatly improves the distribution quality and achieves ≤2 missed deliveries per thousand vehicles.
