Side fork mobile robot PTR
When designing PTR, we did not completely refer to the design ideas of traditional forklifts. We started from the forking action itself, decomposed and combined the user's operation mode layer by layer, added the design ideas of AMR equipment, eliminated the unnecessary parts of AMR equipment, and finally came up with the current product design.
Narrower: Only 1.65 meters of aisle width is required, which is 25% less than electric stacker
Agility: The exclusive self-developed hybrid navigation technology only takes 1.5 seconds to locate, which is 80% more efficient than traditional forklifts
Intelligent: Use laser radar to scan the pallet posture, intelligently determine the angle of the pallet fork hole, and automatically correct it to complete the pallet fork pick-up
Docking: The fork arm pick-up mode allows PTR to directly dock with pallets in the ground stacking area, and can also lift and dock with various docking ports, as well as lift and dock with beam shelves.
Safety: Comprehensive consideration of the complexity of scene safety, adding multiple types of sensors , referring to ISO3691-4 international standard
Durable: 75Ah battery is used, which has a battery capacity three times that of ordinary AMR; supports manual charging, manual battery replacement, and automatic charging; PTR's charging pile can be used with other AMRs of Kaileshi
