Company Introduction:
Guangzhou Jinggu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on manufacturing and developing high-precision intelligent equipment and position sensors . Its main products include high-precision angle encoders, linear grating rulers, robot joint actuator modules, six-axis collaborative robot arms, and measurement/processing technology solutions. Results Description:
Based on the high-precision full-closed-loop control experience of the machine tool industry, a high-precision integrated joint module (absolute positioning accuracy ±10″-±15″, repeat positioning accuracy ±2″) is constructed through a high-precision 25-bit absolute encoder (system accuracy <±5″) and an integrated joint axis structure (radial runout accuracy <0.002mm). Then, the joint modules of each axis are connected seamlessly to form a six-axis collaborative robot with a repeat positioning accuracy of up to ±0.003mm.
The collaborative robot is combined with a high-precision CNC turntable that uses a 27-bit resolution absolute encoder (system accuracy <±3″) for full closed-loop control, and uses Ethercat bus communication to form a 7-axis linkage carrier platform with micron-level repeatability. The software interface interacts with the platform's equipped optical 3D scanner for position data and workflow data, and the 3D dimension measurement accuracy of complex curved parts can reach ±0.02mm.
At the same time, the automatic measurement platform is equipped with different types of scanners to meet different needs of part detection. It can be flexibly deployed in different scenarios to achieve one-click automatic detection of various part dimensions. The automatic three-dimensional optical scanning measurement system is currently mainly promoted in the automotive industry and aerospace, and more secondary development is carried out according to the specific requirements of users.
It has also been deployed in Shenyang Ligong University (Shenyang Aircraft Corporation aero-engine blade 3D inspection project), National Robot Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Chongqing) (Air Force aero-engine maintenance inspection project), Ami Measurement (rocket engine parts batch inspection), Guangdong Hongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (automotive die-casting inspection), etc., and is actively carrying out relevant cooperation with surrounding companies.
