OFweek Cup · OFweek 2023 China Robot Industry Annual Selection (abbreviated as OFweek Robot Awards 2023) is jointly organized by OFweek, China's high-tech industry portal, and its authoritative robot professional media - OFweek Robot. This selection is a major brand event in China's robot industry and one of the most professional and influential selections in the high-tech industry.
The event aims to build a brand communication and display platform for products, technologies and companies in the robotics industry, and leverage the resources and influence of the OFweek platform to promote innovative products and solutions to industry users and the market, encouraging more companies to invest in technological innovation; at the same time, it will deliver more innovative products and cutting-edge technologies to the industry, and together imagine the future of the robotics industry.
The OFweek Robot Awards 2023, the annual selection of China's robot industry, will enter the online voting stage from February 20 to March 20, 2024, and the award ceremony will be held in Shenzhen on April 18. At present, the event is in the hot stage of enterprise application, and enterprises in the industry have responded positively.
Baxi Robotics officially participates in the Veken Cup OFweek 2023 China Robotics Industry Annual Technology Breakthrough Award
Award: Veken Cup OFweek 2023 China Robotics Industry Annual Technology Breakthrough Award
Participating companies: Shanghai Baxi Robotics Co., Ltd.
Technical introduction:
"BX-JS01SP" robot
The application scenarios of the "BX-JS01SP" robot are mostly border areas, facing different types of scenes such as deserts, swamps, jungles, and oceans. Our company has a deep understanding of the terrain and combined with the small size and high power characteristics of the robot's axial flux hub motor, has developed a targeted multi-functional chassis that can adapt to extreme environments, enabling low-altitude flight in desert swamps, high-speed travel in the ocean, and performing special tasks.
The power system is the muscle and heart of the robot, and is also the key core barrier for the robot to face multiple complex scenarios. After many technical breakthroughs, we have successfully applied the BX-M1020SP axial flux motor. The powerful muscle of this wide motor allows the robot to complete many difficult actions and achieve higher load and obstacle crossing performance, which is specifically reflected in the following four aspects:
1. High efficiency and high power density: Compared with traditional motors, axial flux motors have higher power density and output efficiency, so they can make robots have stronger power and working capacity at the same volume or weight.
2. Low noise and low vibration: The axial flux motor has only axial load during operation, so it does not generate eccentric force, lateral force, radial force and other torques, thereby reducing its noise and vibration.
3. High environmental adaptability: Axial flux motors can withstand higher operating temperatures, low voltage or high voltage and other harsh operating conditions compared to ordinary motors.
4. Good reliability: Because the axial flux motor adopts a brushless structure and a contactless magnetic drive, the motor has a long life, stable operation and low maintenance cost.
Company Introduction:
Baxi Robotics is a service provider that focuses on providing comprehensive intelligent solutions to users around the world. Relying on its own core technology, it has established a good industry-university-research cooperation relationship with universities and research institutes such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Academy of Space Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Shanghai University of Technology, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute, and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Its products cover mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Southeast Asian countries, and have made breakthroughs in Australia and North America.
Reasons for participation:
The "BX-JS01SP" fast multi-functional assault reconnaissance robot is mainly used in border inspection, reconnaissance, some amphibious operations and rescue scenarios. The robot is equipped with 4 BX-M1020SP axial flux motors, and the entire fuselage is made of titanium alloy lightweight design. The maximum speed can reach 200km/h, and the flying height close to the ground is 1-2 meters. The fuselage can carry multiple types of reconnaissance or offensive equipment, and can be deployed by airdropping on large and medium-sized drones or transport aircraft. The height of the ground is lower than the height of human vision when walking. The deployed robot group can achieve stable coordination capabilities, and the equipment has good direct communication capabilities and relay communication capabilities. After being deployed, it can adjust its posture and select the landing point and complete basic deployment within 30 minutes. The failure rate should not exceed 10% after air delivery; it uses combined inertial navigation and other technologies to improve the battlefield environment perception capability, and has the ability to independently judge and avoid obstacles. It is currently actively connecting with the Central Military Commission's "Quick Response" project.
Voting time:
The voting for this year's "OFweek Robot Awards 2023" event will begin on February 20. Please pay attention to the robot-related selection news on Veken.com and you are welcome to vote.
