From May 14th to 17th, the 87th China International
Medical
Equipment (Spring) Fair (CMEF) with the theme of "Innovative Technology, Intelligent Future" was grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Han's
Robotics
(Booth No.:) implemented the "Robot +" national strategy, with intelligent
collaborative robot
technology and products as the core, and brought Elfin series collaborative robots, STAR composite robots and six typical medical applications to fully demonstrate the latest developments of Han's Robotics in "empowering
the medical industry
with robot technology"
.
The grand CMEF and the wonderful Han's Robotics
Compared with the previous three years, this year's CMEF exhibition is not troubled by the epidemic and is larger in scale. The exhibition area exceeds 320,000 square meters, attracting nearly 5,000 cutting-edge companies from around the world to attend, tens of thousands of products are exhibited, and more than 200,000 professional visitors have registered to visit. At the same time, nearly 100 professional forums and conferences, hundreds of special events will be held, and the four-day exhibition will also bring together nearly 1,000 industry bigwigs, industry elites and opinion leaders. It is an amazing industry weathervane event!
Thanks to the grand scale of CMEF, Han's Robotics, which focuses on "robots + medical care", also attracted many exhibitors to stop and communicate. Among them, the application scenarios for personal physical therapy and rehabilitation were the most lively, and people had to queue up to experience them; other more professional auxiliary robot-related application scenarios, such as robot-assisted puncture surgery, were also favored by exhibitors!
Deeply empowering medical care and using robotics technology to serve the people
At this CMEF, Han's Robotics collaborated with its partners to form a physiotherapy product matrix mainly based on moxibustion and massage applications. In terms of moxibustion applications, Han's Robotics can perfectly replicate the five ancient moxibustion therapies. It integrates advanced technologies such as vision/voice recognition, motion control, multi-dimensional perception, and the Internet of Things. It has AI automatic acupuncture point recognition, precise distance measurement/temperature control, and automatic ash ejection, making moxibustion simpler and smarter. It is suitable for rehabilitation centers, hospitals, massage parlors, beauty salons, moxibustion parlors, and other places.
In addition, the Han's Robot + Moxibustion application also pays special attention to user experience. It has a built-in intelligent smoke purification system and a multi-layer smoke removal device. It can automatically sense the smoke concentration and automatically adjust the smoke exhaust speed, allowing customers to only smell the fragrance of the moxa without being choked by smoke.
Massage therapy is a very mature application scenario of Han's Robot in the medical field. It is mainly aimed at the "sub-healthy" group with a fast work pace and high life and mental pressure. It can intelligently and accurately identify the contours and meridians of the human body, and use the end massage tool to press, compress, push, knead and other operations, highly restore the manual massage techniques, and ensure the quality of service. In addition, the robot also supports the preset, recording/saving of massage plans, forming personalized and diversified massage packages to meet the specific needs of different groups of people.
A series of medical assistance robot applications were also exhibited on site, including robot-assisted puncture surgery, remote diagnosis and treatment, intelligent medical testing and other application scenarios. In future hospitals, we can see more doctors using robots to complete demanding puncture surgeries. Robots with intelligent control algorithms can improve puncture accuracy, reduce puncture time, and relieve patient pain, while also reducing the risk of cross infection.
Han's Robot + Remote Diagnosis and Treatment can be widely used in remote ultrasound surgery, virtual surgery training and education and other scenarios. Han's Robot remote control application has both hand posture capture and force feedback functions, which can sense the stiffness of virtual objects or the force of the robot from the end, improving the immersiveness of the operation.
The smart medical testing booth focuses on the testing process. Han's Robotics collaborates with its partners to develop a robot intelligent testing system for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular stent testing, allowing collaborative robots to undertake testing work that is prone to infection, high-risk, and labor-intensive, greatly shortening the testing time. There is no human interference, ensuring that the testing is controllable and compatible with a variety of testing scenarios, fully enabling the improvement of the level of intelligence in the field of medical testing.
In other medical-related aspects, Han's Robotics also brought composite robot products that can be used in laboratories. It consists of Han's Robotics' self-developed mobile robot chassis and the Elfin series collaborative robot. It has two built-in laser radars to achieve 360° safe obstacle avoidance and can be flexibly used in small laboratories for test tube grabbing, sample transportation and other tasks, thereby improving laboratory work efficiency.
Han's Robotics can also grind, polish, remove mold lines, remove flash and burrs on the surface of artificial bones. It can solve problems such as the grinding fit and grinding accuracy of special-shaped parts, ensure product consistency, and improve production efficiency. It is suitable for plastic parts, composite materials, carbon fiber, thin metals and other materials.
Driven by the "Robot+" strategy, the connection between robots and medical care is becoming closer and closer, and the large-scale use of medical-related robots has become an important development trend in the medical industry. Han's Robotics will adhere to the concept of "serving the people with robot technology" and continuously expand the breadth and depth of the application of intelligent collaborative robots in the medical field, so that everyone can enjoy the high-quality life brought by technology-enabled medical care.
