Recently, in order to accelerate the high-end, intelligent and green development of Ma'anshan's manufacturing industry, Ma'anshan City officially issued the "Ma'anshan Industrial Enterprises "Machine Replacement" Special Action Plan (2023-2024)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan").
The "Action Plan" insists on the goal of high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. In accordance with the working principles of "government promotion, enterprise as the main body, and market operation", it will increase policy guidance and support, make full use of market mechanisms, and guide and encourage Ma'anshan's large-scale industrial enterprises to implement intelligent transformation and upgrading through a combination of market drive and promotion and application.
In Ma'anshan's high-end equipment, automobiles, casting, rail transit, CNC machine tools, electronic information, smart home appliances, green food and other industries with obvious repetitive labor characteristics, high labor intensity and certain risks, especially labor-intensive enterprises, we will comprehensively promote the implementation of "machine replacement", and focus on promoting the promotion and application of industrial robots and demonstration to achieve the goal of "reducing staff, increasing efficiency, improving quality and ensuring safety", and open up a new path for the high-end, intelligent and green manufacturing industry in Ma'anshan.
According to the Action Plan, Ma'anshan will increase the promotion and application of robots , accelerate the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry, actively explore the internal circulation model of robot equipment procurement, cultivate and develop the intelligent equipment industry, and implement the "machine replacement" training project. From 2023 to 2024, no less than 1,000 industrial robots will be promoted and applied each year; by 2024, strive to complete 300 "machine replacement" application projects in Ma'anshan's related traditional industries and advantageous industries; strive to recognize one intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory and three excellent intelligent manufacturing scenarios (human-machine collaborative operation scenarios, etc.) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology each year; and build 40 smart factories, digital workshops, and digital production lines at the municipal level and above each year.
The person in charge of the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau introduced that in the next step, Ma'anshan City will establish a policy support system for "machine replacement" and actively seek support from national and provincial special financial funds for Ma'anshan City's "machine replacement" projects. It will effectively increase policy publicity and implementation efforts, implement "machine replacement" policy measures, and provide support for major and key "machine replacement" projects on a "case-by-case basis".
