On June 27, the 26th Beijing Essen Welding and Cutting Exhibition officially opened at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an New Hall). As the largest and most influential professional exhibition in the welding field, the Essen Welding Exhibition has become a grand event that is of common concern and participation to industry professionals at home and abroad. Here you can see welding equipment with a full range of uses, numerous specifications and cutting-edge technology.
Han’s Robotics believes that China’s manufacturing industry is at an important stage of transformation and upgrading to intelligence. Automated welding equipment with collaborative robots as the main body has the advantages of safety, precision, ease of use, and high cost performance, and is expected to become the main attraction of this Essen exhibition. At booth 16436 in Hall 16 (International Zone), Han’s Robotics focuses on intelligent manufacturing and works with partners to display a series of welding products and applications on site. Welcome to visit and exchange ideas——
Various welding robots were unveiled
Automatic welding workstation (gas shielded welding)
Han's Robotics' automated welding workstation (gas shielded welding) consists of the Elfin-Pro series collaborative robot body, welding gun, welding system and other components. Among them, the Elfin-Pro series collaborative robot body has the advantages of integrated end force control, integrated AI vision, high repeat positioning accuracy, etc., and cooperates with laser vision weld tracking, arc tracking, etc. to achieve flexible dragging, automatic tracking, automatic deviation correction and other functions, supporting long-term, uninterrupted, high-quality and high-stability welding work, mainly for reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the fields of automotive parts, construction machinery, metal processing and other fields.
Intelligent collaborative robot laser welding machine
The intelligent general welding equipment is jointly developed, designed, produced and manufactured by Han's Robotics and its sister companies. It integrates Han's lasers, Han's laser oscillating welding heads, Han's robots, Han's control systems, and Han's water cooling equipment. It effectively solves the problem of difficult operation of welding equipment. The welding trajectory can be set and welding operations can be performed through simple drag and drop teaching.
The equipment has the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, stability and reliability, strong scalability and wide application range. It can realize laser welding of various weld forms such as splicing, lap joint and fillet joint of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper, galvanized sheet and other materials.
Collaborative robot laser welding machine (supports handheld operation)
Han's Robot gives full play to the advantages of human-machine collaboration. According to different welding scenarios and requirements, it can not only perform automatic welding by dragging and teaching, but also freely drag the handheld laser welding gun for handheld welding, which is very flexible. In addition, Han's Robot has multiple safety protection technologies to ensure the safety and reliability of human-machine collaborative welding operations.
The equipment can perform laser welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper, galvanized sheet, etc., and can be widely used in sheet metal processing, building materials, home appliances, kitchen utensils and bathroom, 3C, printing, instrumentation, auto parts and other industries.
More practical applications have attracted enthusiastic attention
Teaching-free 3D vision intelligent welding robot
The Han's Robot is equipped with a welding-specific 3D camera independently developed by its partners. It can scan the welded components as a whole and generate real 3D point cloud data in real time. By analyzing the point cloud image, it can automatically obtain the coordinate parameters of the components to be welded and the weld target points. The Han's Robot automatically writes the welding program and performs the welding operation based on the weld information (such as weld position, weld leg size, etc.) automatically identified and calculated. There is no need to drag the robot arm for teaching operations, which truly realizes the transformation from welding automation to intelligentization.
Mobile intelligent welding platform
It uses a lightweight 6-axis collaborative robot that supports fast disassembly and assembly, and flexible transfer and transportation. It is easy to use and can be operated without professional welding and programming knowledge. It can perform welding operations continuously in harsh environments, effectively solving problems such as low efficiency and uneven quality of manual welding. It has the advantages of one machine for multiple uses, high precision, strong mobility, high safety, and smarter collaboration.
Aluminum weld grinding
To address the problems of uneven, rough and burred welds on aluminum parts, the Han's Robot is equipped with a force-controlled grinding tool, which can perform grinding operations in any posture with a response speed of 144 times/second, precise constant force control (within the range of 0-100N), and a force control accuracy of ±1N, and can complete the weld grinding task with high quality. The Han's Robot has the advantages of high repeatability, good stability, and strong safety, which greatly improves the efficiency of weld grinding while ensuring the consistency of the workpiece.
Screw lock
Han's Robot, combined with the intelligent tightening system (intelligent electric screwdriver), can accurately and stably complete the processes of screw picking, placing, and tightening, with a torque accuracy of up to ±3%, meeting different tightening scenarios. In addition, the system can collect, detect, trace, and monitor screw tightening results, ensuring that the tightening process is controllable and efficiency is increased, and can be widely used in the automotive, 3C electronics and other fields.
In addition, Han's Robotics also demonstrated the Kung Fu Tea Robot application on site, welcoming every guest and friend who came to the Han's Robotics booth (Hall 16, No. 16436) with refreshing tea. In the field of collaborative robots, Han's Robotics has always insisted on independent innovation, with a high degree of self-developed core components, and down-to-earth implementation of the corporate mission of "serving the people with robot technology".
