Luoshi exhibited two categories and seven applications at the Munich Shanghai Electronics Show

On April 13, the Munich Shanghai Electronics Manufacturing Equipment Exhibition officially kicked off in Shanghai. NO.1 Welding

Luoshi's flexible collaborative robot xMate CR12 can communicate directly with the laser to achieve precise welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy and other parts . CR12 has fast welding speed, high precision, beautiful welds, good quality, and no secondary processing is required. With customized welding process packages, production switching can be realized quickly, which is suitable for small batch and multi-variety parts production.

NO.2 Palletizing

In the palletizing display area, the new xMate CR20 flexible collaborative robot from Luoshi made its debut. It has a load capacity of 20 kg and can achieve a palletizing operation of up to 7 cycles per minute. It has a built-in customized palletizing process package and can set up a new pallet type within 5 minutes. It can create up to 100 palletizing processes and stack 2 products at the same time.

NO.3 Composite Robot

Luoshi composite robot Through the flexible coordination of "hands, eyes, feet, and brain", it can realize multiple functions such as movement, recognition, and grasping. It can be widely used in scenes such as material flow, CNC loading and unloading, visual inspection, and equipment control , and efficiently complete various complex or multiple tasks between different workstations in the production and manufacturing process.

NO.4&5 locking screws

The xMate ER7 is equipped with visual recognition to accurately locate the screw hole position and complete the headlight screw tightening operation with various angles and torque requirements.

xMate CR18 can automatically locate the engine screw locking position and tighten it , while performing precise constant force grinding and deburring , completing the automobile engine production process stably, efficiently and accurately.

NO.6&7 Polishing

Luoshi Robot has been deeply involved in the field of grinding for many years and can realize grinding, polishing and deburring of various categories such as cast aluminum, cast steel, forging, plastic and sand core . In view of the mold line defects of plastic products generated in the plastic molding process, Luoshi Industrial Robot XB7 performs efficient grinding and deburring to improve the surface finish and greatly improve the quality of plastic parts such as car door handles and rearview mirrors.

At the same time, XB7, in conjunction with a floating grinding tool , can also easily remove burrs from cast iron parts, aluminum-magnesium alloy die-castings, and steel machined parts, effectively solving the problem of deburring special-shaped workpieces.
