Participating companies
Shenzhen Suteng Juchuang Technology Co., Ltd. has officially participated in the "Veko Cup OFweek 2022 China Robotics Industry Annual Brand Influence Outstanding Enterprise Award".
Achievement Introduction
As of now, RoboSense has more than 1,000 LiDAR-related patents worldwide, and many LiDAR products have become "smart eyes", giving robots of various forms the ability to perceive beyond human eyes in plateau scientific research, intelligent inspection, fire detection, smart agriculture and other sub-industries. It is worth mentioning that during the COVID-19 epidemic, more than 70% of the robots and unmanned vehicles assisting in the fight against the epidemic nationwide were equipped with RoboSense LiDAR products. In 2022, LiDAR, as an important sensor for unmanned driving/autonomous driving , will usher in further large-scale expansion. In the first half of 2022, RoboSense's order volume increased more than 10 times compared with the same period last year. By the end of 2022, the company's annual production capacity is planned to exceed 1 million units.
Reasons for participation
In the field of robotics and unmanned driving, RoboSense has reached in-depth cooperation with Alibaba's "Little Donkey", Balyo, Zoomlion, AGILOX, Gaoxian Robot, Coolwa Robot, Guozi Robot and other companies. Its lidar products are widely used in Alibaba's "Little Donkey", Haomo Zhixing's "Little Demon Camel", Muyi unmanned forklifts, Future Robot's mass-produced unmanned forklifts, Youai Zhihe plateau scientific expedition robot, Quanhang Tunnel intelligent inspection robot, Yunshenchu Technology's "Jueying" series robot dog, China Science and Technology Original Power Zhiniu cabin-free intelligent tractor, China Science and Technology Original Power farmland inspection robot, Tsinghua Mengshi land and air amphibious autonomous flying car and other mobile robots, giving robots of various forms the perception ability beyond the human eye, helping to improve the safety operation and production efficiency of various industries, and promoting the further deepening of social intelligent transformation.
LiDAR is an essential core sensor for driverless driving. With the increase in the penetration rate of driverless driving, the number of LiDARs installed on the market will continue to rise. According to an industry report released by Yole Développement, a world-renowned semiconductor research and consulting company in September 2021, in the global automotive LiDAR market in 2021, domestic companies accounted for a total of 26% of the market, with RoboSense accounting for the highest share of 10%, followed by DJI, Tudatong, Huawei and Hesai Technology, accounting for 7%, 3%, 3% and 3% respectively. In 2022, the offensive of Chinese LiDAR companies has become more fierce. According to the latest research and analysis data of S&P Global, a top international financial analysis agency, in 2022, RoboSense has obtained the largest number of designated cooperation automobile companies, 18, ranking first in the world; Huawei has 10, ranking second in the world; followed by Continental, Hesai, DJI Lanwo, etc.
To ensure product performance and quickly increase production capacity, RoboSense has established an industry-leading professional automotive LiDAR laboratory and created the industry's top intelligent manufacturing cluster, writing a solid footnote for leading the industry's mass production transformation.
RoboSense is committed to building the world's largest benchmark laboratory for the LiDAR industry with the most complete equipment and facilities, the most complete testing system, and the most advanced testing technology. It has the only automotive LiDAR laboratory among LiDAR companies that has been approved by CNAS. The laboratory is equipped with more than 200 internationally advanced testing instruments and equipment, has the ability to simulate the application scenarios of LiDAR in all environments, and can independently conduct more than 120 tests. With the support of this laboratory, RS-LiDAR-M1 has become the LiDAR product with the most stringent verification conditions, the most comprehensive cumulative engineering verification, and the largest number of test verification samples among single radar products in the world - it has completed more than 36,000 hours of high-temperature durability testing, more than 24,000 hours of high-temperature and high-humidity testing, more than 21,000 hours of cyclic temperature shock testing, and more than 40,000 hours of independent device testing. At the same time, RoboSense is also the first technology company in the industry to solve the problems of high-beam LiDAR window heating, product quality problems caused by glue aging, and MEMS galvanometer impact resistance, and has completed the AEC-Q100 certification of scanning devices for the first time in the industry.
In addition, RoboSense continues to increase its investment in intelligent manufacturing. By building its own factories and cooperating with top manufacturing companies, it has gradually formed the industry's largest, most automated, most advanced process technology, and most stringent quality management production intelligent manufacturing cluster. As the industry's leading mass production system, RoboSense's Shenzhen-Guangzhou-Dongguan "three-in-one" intelligent manufacturing cluster can support the annual production capacity planning target of one million units. The comprehensive production rhythm can achieve one laser radar off the line every 12 seconds, and the flexible production line can guarantee the delivery of tens of millions of expected orders. As an important part of intelligent manufacturing, the automatic detection of RoboSense's intelligent manufacturing production line has achieved three "hundred percent": 100% automatic test coverage, 100% process parameter detection, and 100% process action tracking and recording. Combined with the positioning of industrial robots with the highest process accuracy of 1um , it can ensure the high consistency of product processes and build an important "moat" for product quality.
In the future, the company will always uphold its corporate vision of becoming a leader in the global perception solutions industry, persist in technological innovation, continue to deepen industrial chain ecological cooperation, and help industry partners jointly build a safer, more convenient and smarter future society through more accurate, more reliable and more intelligent lidar products.
