OFweek Cup 2022 China Robot Industry Annual Awards (abbreviated as OFweek Robot Awards 2022) is jointly organized by OFweek, China's high-tech industry portal, and its authoritative robot professional media - OFweek Robot. BLA series micro servo cylinder
Launched in 2022, it is aimed at industrial heavy load and long life scenarios. In order to meet the needs of customers in the field of industrial automation for intelligent equipment upgrade and transformation, and provide products with higher precision, higher reliability and longer life, Intime Robotics launched the BLA series of micro servo cylinders in 2022. It is a miniature brushless servo cylinder that integrates a brushless motor, precision planetary reducer, precision screw mechanism, high-precision absolute position sensor and force sensor, as well as a high-performance drive control system. The drive control system includes the FOC control algorithm, which has four closed-loop controls of current, speed, position and push-pull force, supports multiple motion control modes such as position, speed, force control and soft contact, and meets the control needs of various application scenarios. This product is mainly used in the fields of 3C automation, semiconductors and new energy, and is suitable for tooling fixtures, electric fixtures , wafer handling, circuit board welding testing, microfluidic valves and other scenarios. As a new micro servo cylinder developed by Intime Robotics to solve the pain points of customers in the industrial field, the position accuracy of the BLA series has been improved to 3μm. The high-precision servo position control has helped companies improve process links and processes, and the intelligentization of equipment has also greatly improved the yield rate. The BLA series can have a lifespan of more than 3 million times based on higher precision and higher power density. The long lifespan can extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the overall cost of customers.
Reasons for participation
Compared with previous products, the BLA series micro servo electric cylinder innovatively adopts hollow cup DC brushless motor, with a service life of more than 3 million times, which is more in line with the requirements of industrial use. At the same time, it breaks through multiple technical bottlenecks to improve the position accuracy of the product to within 5μm, the maximum push-pull force can reach 400N, and the shortest installation distance is only 54mm, which truly achieves small volume and large load. Micro servo electric cylinders were first launched on the market as core components of robots. As micro-sized, high-precision motion actuators, they have been applied and verified in the robot body and biomedical fields for many years. The launch of the BLA series this time is also to solve the bottleneck problem of intelligent transformation of manufacturing equipment. Limited by the high cost, large size and low power of electric cylinders, "gas to electric" has always been difficult to implement. Therefore, robots have not only revolutionized and greatly reduced the size of servo electric cylinders, but also achieved large-scale mass production. Compared with the price of electric cylinders with the same parameters abroad, which are often tens of thousands, the price of some micro servo electric cylinders is even less than 1,000 yuan. What is most encouraging is that the customer said after the successful verification of the solution: We have always wanted such a small " servo motor " for process control, and finally found it after so many years! The BLA series of products have been verified by many leading industry customers, and it is expected that shipments will reach more than 10,000 units in 2023.
