On the evening of January 3, Jingye Intelligent released its performance forecast, predicting that the net profit attributable to the parent company's owners in 2022 will be around 118 million yuan, an increase of around 41.6017 million yuan compared with the same period last year, a year-on-year increase of around 54.45%.

According to reports, Jingye Intelligent is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of special robots and intelligent equipment. Its main products include nuclear industry series robots, nuclear industry intelligent equipment, non-nuclear special intelligent equipment , etc. The products are mainly used in nuclear industry, new energy batteries, and medical health. It can provide intelligent manufacturing equipment and solutions for customers in new energy batteries, medical health, national defense and military industry, vocational education and other industries. On April 29, 2022, Jingye Intelligent officially landed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.

Specifically, Jingye Intelligent's nuclear industry products are divided into nuclear industry series robots and nuclear industry intelligent equipment . The nuclear industry series robots are robots suitable for nuclear industry environments, mainly including electric follow-up manipulators, analytical sampling robots and radiation-resistant coordinate robots, etc. Nuclear industry intelligent equipment is intelligent process equipment or customized products suitable for nuclear industry environments, mainly including radioactive material transfer equipment, chamber intelligent equipment, nuclear chemical intelligent systems, digital transformation projects, etc.

Relying on its deep cultivation in the nuclear industry, Jingye Intelligent has become an important supplier in the field of domestic nuclear industry robots and intelligent equipment. Its main customers include subsidiaries and research institutes of large state-owned enterprises such as China National Nuclear Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, and China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.

Jingye Intelligent's non-core products mainly refer to special intelligent equipment suitable for new energy batteries, medical health, vocational education and other fields , including intelligent production lines and intelligent stand-alone equipment. Among them, the intelligent production line is aimed at the needs of smart factories in the fields of medical health, new energy batteries, etc., integrating industrial robots, automation equipment, logistics conveyor lines, three-dimensional warehouses, AGV and other hardware equipment, as well as MES, WMS, WCS and other software systems, to ultimately realize the digitalization and intelligence of manufacturing factories.

From the revenue structure, Jingye Smart faces the risk of being highly dependent on the nuclear industry . Jingye Smart's prospectus shows that from 2019 to 2021, Jingye Smart's revenue from nuclear industry-related products accounted for 79.11%, 81.80% and 90.12% of its main business revenue, and the proportion has increased year by year.

Previously , regarding the strong dependence on the nuclear industry , Jingye Intelligent publicly stated that the company is actively expanding and extending to the direction of intelligent equipment in the non-nuclear industry field. At present, it has formed a relatively close cooperative relationship with Narada Power Supply and East Sunshine Group. However, at present, the effect of improving the revenue structure is not significant.

On December 13, 2022, Sichuan Honghua and Jingye Intelligent signed a strategic cooperation ceremony, and the two parties announced that they would fully and deeply carry out cooperation in the fields of production line automation, automatic transportation and intelligent warehousing. It is not difficult to see that this cooperation may be another important measure for Jingye Intelligent to develop non-nuclear business lines in order to get rid of its strong dependence on the nuclear industry.

In the future, Jingye Intelligence will focus on the development and upgrading of core technologies and products such as special robots, software platforms, digital twin platforms, fault diagnosis algorithms, as well as standard modular solutions such as nuclear industry-specific process equipment, nuclear waste treatment-related chemical process equipment, and nuclear power operation and maintenance automation equipment, to improve and expand the overall intelligent solution capabilities.
