Liu Ming, CEO of Muxing Intelligence
Li Dawei, founder and CEO of Farlanda
Zou Jianhui, General Manager of East China Business Department of Huarui Technology
Yang Li, Marketing Director of Angge Technology
If we use three words to describe the development of the entire industry this year, "difficult", "transformation" and "growth" may be more appropriate, and everyone here has such feelings. To be honest, the first half of 2022 was really difficult. Fortunately, Ange Technology transformed in time. For example, the IP strategy we just mentioned, through the development model of integration (Integrator) + standard products (Products), broke the bottleneck of industry development and deeply assisted the industry transformation. After the transformation, the company achieved the expected high growth in the second half of the year.
Li Dawei, founder and CEO of Farlanda
If I were to say what I felt the most this year, the first keyword would be "cold". The external environment is very cold, the capital is very cold, and the market is also very cold. But the more we are in such a "low temperature" environment, the more we need to calmly think about strategies and make more correct strategic choices. It is precisely because of our original intention and courage to not fear the cold winter that Farilanda has achieved initial results in the past year or so, with an order volume of more than 200 million yuan.
The second keyword is "long-termism". Some obstacles may seem difficult to overcome today, but once we overcome them, it will not be a big deal in three to five years. The third keyword is "pattern". If everyone can jointly maintain a good industry ecology, I believe everyone's efforts will be more effective. Since its establishment, Farlanda has always maintained an open and cooperative attitude and has also worked hard to maintain the good and upward development of the entire industry.
Liu Ming, CEO of Muxing Intelligence
Since its establishment, Muxing Intelligence has maintained a 100% growth almost every year. In terms of performance this year, Muxing Intelligence has also achieved a 100% growth. Therefore, I think the first keyword is "sharpening the knife". The development of mobile robots has been very rapid in recent years, but often, customers have many expectations and manufacturers have many ideas, but various problems arise when they are implemented. The so-called sharpening of the knife means polishing the product and improving its own product strength. In addition, most mobile robot companies are actually very young. Sharpening the knife does not delay the chopping of wood. When the outside is relatively "cold", it is better to polish the management background, management ability, and company's operating model.
The second keyword is "focus". There are many projects and industries, and we should do what we can and should not do what we cannot. Mobile robot companies should know how to make choices. Once they have chosen a direction, they should penetrate it thoroughly instead of blindly expanding. They should focus on products, directions, industries, and advantageous resources to deepen and strengthen the company's strengths.
The third keyword is "embrace". In the mobile robot industry chain, everyone says that you have to eat the fish from the head to the tail, from the bones to the scales. This has happened a lot in the past few years, and I don't think it is sustainable. A complete industry chain should have both the head and the tail, as well as the bones and scales. Muxing Intelligence prefers to embrace partners and competitors, so that everyone has more room for cooperation in the entire industry chain.
For example, Muxing Intelligence has been transforming into a product-oriented company since last year. Compared with projects, Muxing Intelligence has focused more energy and resources on robot products. Now our product prices have been made transparent for sale, but they are not sold to end customers, but only to partners. In addition, Muxing Intelligence will also teach partners how to use our robots and open all interfaces.
Zou Jianhui, General Manager of East China Business Department of Huarui Technology
The first keyword is "full competition", the second keyword is "practicing internal skills well", and the third keyword is "coexistence and common prosperity".
In fact, with the advent of Industry 4.0, customers' expectations, demands and requirements for smart logistics will become higher and higher. In this case, mobile robot companies must not only continue to innovate and fully compete, but also lay a solid foundation. Overall, the market demand for mobile robots has increased significantly during the epidemic.
It can be said that the entire market is expanding, customers are constantly generating new demands, and companies are also seeking new development opportunities. The most significant is the accelerated implementation of scenarios. Since its establishment, Huarui Technology has actively listened to customer needs and cooperated with customer project scenarios to implement them, from smart warehousing, picking and handling of goods to people to deep-rooted smart manufacturing. It has now been implemented in 3C electronics, auto parts, lithium batteries, photovoltaics, food and medicine, paper packaging, PCB, e-commerce warehousing and other industries.
Mao Fujun, General Manager of Noli Intelligent
The first keyword is "innovation", the second keyword is "breakthrough", and the third keyword is "challenge". In the past year, Noli Intelligent has made innovations and changes in software, hardware facilities, and internal management and processes. Therefore, this year's overall performance can be said to be in line with expectations. The performance has doubled compared to last year, and orders are scheduled until March next year. Behind all this, there is actually Noli Intelligent's continuous breakthroughs under huge delivery pressure. In general, Noli Intelligent's annual compound growth rate has basically remained in the range of 20%-25%, with challenges, opportunities and promotions.
Xie Li, Vice President of Marketing at Future Robotics
I think the keywords for this year are "focus" and "expansion". The entire mobile robot industry is on an upward trend, and we see that more and more companies, including Future Robotics, are refining and deepening their own businesses, and even narrowing their business scope to focus on their strength. Another aspect of focus is what we often call "targeted expansion", similar to this year everyone is polishing standard products for the new energy industry.
Xie Li, Vice President of Marketing at Future Robotics
Based on the development trend of the industry and the enhanced control of mobile robot manufacturers over products and projects, the growth of the entire industry is expected to remain in the range of 30% to 50% next year.
Mao Fujun, General Manager of Noli Intelligent
I think the mobile robot industry will have at least 30% to 40% growth.
Yang Li, Marketing Director of Angge Technology
We are still optimistic about the development of smart logistics next year. Therefore, Angge Technology has set a relatively high performance target for next year, which is an absolute value of over 600 million yuan. In order to achieve this goal, in addition to the IP strategy shared with you today, Angge Technology will also actively develop overseas markets.
