The company's business scope has been expanded to include display device sales, service consumption , robot manufacturing and sales, hardware product wholesale, industrial robot manufacturing and sales, industrial robot installation and maintenance, intelligent robot research and development and sales, special operation robot manufacturing, artificial intelligence hardware sales, medical mask retail, etc.
Xiaomi said that Beijing Changshu Technology Co., Ltd. intends to be the main body of the Changping Smart Factory, and its main business is planned to cover mobile phone business and robot dog business. This change was made to meet business operation compliance. The newly added robot category in the business scope is mainly because the main business of the factory is related to robots. The newly added medical mask category is only based on the coverage of the registered business.
It is understood that the increase in registered capital can enhance the ability of enterprises to bear legal responsibilities. The company assumes external responsibilities with its own assets, and the company's own assets are reflected in its registered capital. Registered capital is an important indicator of the scale of an enterprise. An increase in capital means that the company has more money to bear debts.
In August this year, Xiaomi released CyberOne, a full-stack self-developed humanoid bionic robot, which achieves bipedal motion posture balance through mechanical joint modules and whole-body control algorithms, and provides emotional perception and spatial three-dimensional virtual reconstruction capabilities through audio and visual algorithms and modules. However, CyberOne will not be mass-produced for the time being.
