We actively cooperate with and follow the instructions of relevant departments to further strengthen the implementation of existing hygiene standards and effectively implement prevention and control measures. The following involves the latest prevention and control requirements. Thank you for your cooperation.

1. On the day of arrival in Shenzhen, guests from low-risk areas must undergo a nucleic acid test at nucleic acid testing points such as the airport and high-speed rail station before going to the conference hotel .

2. Guests staying at the hotel: You must present your ID card and itinerary code when checking in , and sign a guarantee to confirm that you are not from a medium or high risk area. If you conceal any information, you will bear the consequences yourself.

3. All guests attending the conference must scan the venue code at the entrance of the conference hotel. They can only enter the venue after the hotel staff checks the green code and 24-hour nucleic acid test results .
