Recently, the first batch of fork-type AGVs of a key intelligent logistics project in a certain province planned by Ajiwe Robotics for a state-owned chemical enterprise passed the inspection and were successfully shipped .
Under the general trend of "intelligent transformation and digital transformation", all walks of life are accelerating the digital transformation of enterprises. As an important part of intelligent logistics and digital transformation, mobile robots will accelerate the influx of more intelligent workshops thanks to policy support and industry demand, helping enterprises to achieve digital production. As an early domestic mobile robot company involved in unmanned driving technology, Ajiwei Robotics has won the trust and support of more than 450 customers based on its self-developed technology, multi-scenario delivery and AIDT digital whole-field solutions. Recently, Ajiwei Robotics' production workshop has been fully operational, and batch delivery has become the norm.
Fork-type AGV is being shipped in batches
In order to meet customers' high-quality and tight delivery requirements, AGV Robotics has adopted a standardized production model, with the production department working overtime, actively tracking the production progress of each process, and coordinating and arranging the implementation. While ensuring the overall production task of more than 100 AGVs this month, it pays attention to the AGV assembly quality and technical requirements, strictly controls the processing nodes, ensures that the equipment is shipped on schedule, and ensures the smooth progress of the project.
The counterbalanced forklift AGV

can carry 3,000 kg. It uses a new generation of laser dynamic mapping navigation technology, which can scan the scene dynamically in real time to ensure the precise posture of the AGV in complex scenes. In addition, the vehicle body has passed a series of tests such as motion, safety, load device performance, and rated power before leaving the factory to ensure that the software and hardware performance meets the standards and meets the AGV's index requirements in terms of stability, reliability, and redundant backup.

Fork-type AGV
is being debugged on-site by a customer
This batch of fork-type AGVs was shipped to a state-owned chemical group enterprise. Ajiwe Robotics created a first-phase digital factory solution for the chemical enterprise. In addition to the fork-type AGVs, it also includes an automatic charging system, an AGV automatic handling and scheduling system (AGVS), pallet conveying equipment, and local area network 5g communications. It realizes the scheduling coordination of production and operation equipment, the efficient transportation of smart logistics, and the visualization and early warning control of remote technical diagnosis and other scenarios, promoting the efficient cross-regional management of the enterprise and the scientific and green production management.
