Unlock new advantages of shelf robots



Following the Moqian series four-directional pallet shuttle, Tianshu series box shuttle, Panshi series longitudinal elevator, and Elf series omnidirectional box picking robot, at this conference, Prolog's Zhixin Technology once again unlocked a new weapon in the Elf series ASR and released the industry's first omnidirectional pallet picking robot.



Zhixin Technology's omnidirectional pallet picking robot has six major innovations, including in-warehouse picking, six-dimensional picking, visual algorithm, dark light operation, digital scheduling, and multi-machine collaboration. It is suitable for full-scenario industry solutions such as pallet picking, whole-box picking, and collaboration of multiple robots in industries such as 3C/manufacturing, automobiles, new energy, e-commerce/retail, footwear and apparel, and pharmaceuticals.



This omnidirectional pallet picking robot consists of four parts: handling unit, lifting unit, vision unit and picking unit.
1. Handling unit
The Elf series of omnidirectional pallet picking robots adopts the same four-way vehicle handling chassis as the Moqian series. It can realize multi-vehicle operation in the original four-way warehouse environment and supports storage and picking in the three-dimensional warehouse.
2. Lifting unit
The Elf series of omnidirectional pallet picking robots adopts a high-precision lifting mechanism to ensure its applicability to a variety of box heights and more agile movement.
3. Visual Unit
The Elf series of omnidirectional pallet picking robots are equipped with a 3D laser TOF camera, which allows the robot to be fearless in the dark and accurately observe the pallet shape in a lightless environment, fully identify the boundaries of boxes and pallets, and quickly locate and grasp.
4. Picking unit
The Elf series of omnidirectional pallet picking robots are equipped with a mobile robotic arm. Through the precise movement of the robotic arm in six dimensions, it can achieve accurate picking and placement of multiple varieties of boxed goods on pallets in cramped spaces.

The omnidirectional pallet picking robot solves the picking problem in dense warehouses, making the storage location also a picking location and expanding the working space.
1. Picking in warehouse
The omnidirectional pallet picking robot can travel in the four-way warehouse, reach any picking position, pick the boxes on the picking position into the omnidirectional pallet picking robot, and move them out of the warehouse.
2. Picking at the warehouse side
The omnidirectional pallet picking robot can set up picking lines at the four sides of the four-way warehouse, pick the boxes at the picking position to the conveyor line, and complete the delivery.


While completing the picking problems in densely populated warehouses, the omnidirectional pallet picking robot can also complete the inventory work in the warehouse through the loaded visual unit. After the work in the warehouse is completed, the inventory function of the omnidirectional pallet picking robot is started, and the robot can automatically count according to the management plan, thereby realizing high-precision inventory management of densely populated warehouses.

The omnidirectional pallet picking robot has made breakthroughs in the three dimensions of eyes, brain and hands, achieving high, precise and accurate robot picking.

Machine learning visual algorithms allow robots to be fearless in the dark and see more clearly; the control system platform equipped with algorithms such as image edge computing, physical data support for digital twins, motion trajectory machine learning, and ant colony scheduling algorithms allows for highly accurate positioning and operation; the communication system that supports the Internet of Things allows robots to communicate with on-site equipment to achieve precise monitoring and accurate visualization.

The ASR omnidirectional pallet picking robot transforms storage space into picking space, improves the effective utilization rate of the warehouse's three-dimensional space, saves the time of storing and retrieving pallets, and saves the repeated energy consumption of goods in and out of the warehouse. The robot scheduling system can realize the parallelization of multiple types of tasks and maximize the automated storage and throughput capacity. It has achieved the ultimate in space utilization and energy saving, and is also a green and low-carbon product.

The launch of the ASR omnidirectional pallet picking robot is another innovation of Zhixin Technology in the ASR shelf robot field, and it also further strengthens the strength of the ASR shelf robot product family.
