The production capacity of the company directly determines the demand for conveying and palletizing work. On an ordinary 20,000 bottles/hour production line, a simple bridge-type palletizer can meet the requirements. However, after the company uses a high-speed production line, it needs to use multiple palletizers or palletizing robots to complete the work. The company should make comprehensive considerations and decide which equipment to use.
2. Have a full understanding of packaging robot technology
Compared with manual palletizing and traditional mechanical palletizing, packaging robots are more efficient and have the following main features: simple structure, low failure rate, and easy maintenance; they can be placed in a narrow space for use; all controls can be operated on the control cabinet screen, which is very simple to operate; they are highly versatile and can complete the palletizing and depalletizing of different goods by replacing the gripper of the robot, which relatively reduces the customer's purchase cost.
3. Have a certain understanding of robot knowledge and technology
Although the packaging robot has a simple structure and composition, it is only compared with other types of industrial robots. The structure of industrial robots is still relatively complex and cannot be used without professional knowledge. Therefore, robot operators must be trained before they can start work, otherwise it is very unsafe for both people and robots.
4. Have a correct understanding of the robot’s payload
Generally speaking, the technical parameters of packaging robots will have detailed descriptions, and the rated load is valid only at the rated speed. An important condition for achieving the maximum load is to reduce the robot's operating speed. In addition, excessive load may also damage the robot's accuracy. If the weight of the tool installed at the end of the robot arm is ignored, the inertia force generated by the eccentric load is underestimated or completely ignored, etc., the load on the robot will increase and overload operation will occur, causing damage to the robot. Please pay attention when using it.
Although packaging robots can improve the production efficiency of enterprises, enterprises must also have a considerable understanding of their working capabilities. When choosing robots, they should not be blind, but should reasonably choose robot production lines that meet their own needs and meet the actual production needs of their factories.
