Automobile engine control system
The composition of the automobile engine control system is composed of sensors, control units and actuators. The signals of various sensors are input to the engine control unit, which is processed and calculated, and then outputs control signals to control the operation of related actuators to achieve control of the engine injection and ignition timing.
In the diagnosis and troubleshooting of engine electronic control system faults, whether reading signal waveform or measuring signal voltage, it is necessary to use the standby plug method to pierce the back of the plug. The disadvantage of this method is that it damages the protective film on the surface of the wiring harness, which is easy to cause moisture and impurities to mix in and accelerate the oxidation and damage of the wiring harness terminal.
