AP5125 is a Buck-type LED constant current driver with a simple peripheral circuit and an average current detection mode. It is suitable for non-isolated high-power constant current LED driving in the voltage range of 8-100V. The chip adopts a fixed frequency 140kHz PWM working mode and uses an average current detection mode, so it has excellent load regulation characteristics and high-precision output current characteristics. The AP5125 chip integrates high and low brightness functions, which can be switched through the MODE port. When the MODE pin is suspended or grounded, it is a high brightness mode. When the MODE pin is connected to a high level, it is a low brightness mode of 1/2 current. The AP5125 chip integrates VDD clamping voltage regulator and over-temperature protection current, which reduces the number of peripheral circuit components and improves the reliability of the system.
