Small household appliance pipeline water shortage detection sensor (non-contact type)

There are two types of pipeline liquid level sensors: contact type and non-contact type.

The clamp-tube pipe level sensor is non-contact and is not affected by the color, corrosiveness, density, and temperature of the liquid. Therefore, it can be used to detect both clean water and sewage. After the sensor inserts the water pipe into the sensor and the sensor wire is connected to the control board, it can detect whether there is liquid in the pipe where the sensor is located.

The clamp-tube pipe level sensor does not contact liquid, so it is used in coffee machines, water purifiers, water dispensers and other products to realize water shortage reminders, which is more hygienic. It can also be used on floor scrubbers, sweeping robots and other equipment to detect whether the sewage tank is full of water. The pipe level sensor is relatively simple to detect water shortage. A bulge is designed on the body, and a spring-type structure is designed at the corresponding position at the bottom of the water tank. After the water tank is placed on the rear machine, the spring at the bottom of the water tank is lifted up. When the water pump is started, the water in the water tank will flow through the water pipe to the spare water tank/water outlet and other locations. When there is no water in the water tank, the liquid level sensor detects it and outputs a waterless signal, and the device prompts the user to add water.
