FP6293 is a current mode step-up DC-DC converter. Its PWM circuit with built-in 0.14Ω power MOSFET makes this regulator highly efficient. The internal compensation network can also minimize up to 6 external component counts. The non-inverting input of the error amplifier is connected to a 0.6V precision reference voltage, and the internal soft-start function can reduce the inrush current. FP6293 is available in DFN-8L/SOP-8L(EP) packages and provides space-saving PCB for application fields.
