Ceramic capacitors are widely used in various industries due to their advantages: high capacitance, low cost, high reliability, long service life, small size, and ability to withstand high ripple current values. The high capacitance of ceramic capacitors is derived from dielectric materials with high dielectric constants. The materials used to manufacture capacitors determine the working range of ceramic capacitors.
Ceramic capacitors can be divided into temperature compensation type ceramic capacitors and high dielectric type ceramic capacitors according to their temperature characteristics. The capacitance of ceramic capacitors changes differently under different temperature conditions.

1. Temperature Compensation Ceramic Capacitors
Temperature-compensated ceramic capacitors, also known as high-frequency ceramic capacitors, have a small rate of change in electrostatic capacitance caused by temperature changes and are mainly used for filtering and coupling of high-frequency circuits. This type of capacitor has the characteristics of low loss, high capacitance stability, and a variety of temperature coefficients. It is suitable for resonant circuits and circuits that need to compensate for over-effects, as well as places that require low loss or high capacitance stability.

2. High Dielectric Ceramic Capacitors
This is a capacitor that uses a material with a high dielectric constant and has a high electrostatic capacitance. It is mainly used as a decoupling capacitor for power supply circuits or smoothing circuits. Compared with temperature compensation capacitors, the electrostatic capacitance can change greatly due to temperature, so it is necessary to pay attention when using it in signal circuits such as filters.
