Greenliant Expands ArmourDrive® Memory Card Product Line with Extended Temperature-Rated microSD Cards
PX series industrial-grade memory cards support SMART commands and have high performance and high reliability.
Beijing, China and Silicon Valley, USA - EQS Newswire - December 7, 2021 - Greenliant launches the wide temperature (W-temp) microSD ArmourDrive® PX series memory cards, which use advanced 3D TLC (3 bits per cell) NAND flash memory, with capacities ranging from 32GB to 256GB, can operate in the range of -25 to +85 degrees Celsius, and support 3,000 full disk erase and write cycles. The products have been rigorously tested to withstand shock, vibration and waterproofing.
