Parallel dual output memory power supply circuit ( NEC E660 notebook computer)

Shown is a typical notebook computer memory power supply circuit, the PWM pulse signal generation circuit of FAN5236, which
has two sets of pulse width modulation signal (PWM) generation circuits inside. The battery (or adapter)
supplies power to the switching field effect transistor (QIA, Q2A) and the control chip respectively. The FAN5236 chip starts to generate a PWM signal when it is powered on. Pin ⑤ and pin ② output a set of switching pulses with opposite phases
to drive QIA and QIB, so that the two field effect transistors work alternately, turning the electrical trkth DC voltage into a switching signal. After
filtering , the output is stable. Voltage DC 2.5 V to power the memory.
At the same time, FAN 5236 ff<J@ pin and @Biii output another set of switching pulse signals with opposite phases to drive Q2A and Q2B to make them
work alternately. The output is filtered by L2 and c8 and outputs a regulated voltage of 1.8 V for the memory. powered by.
