On November 9, UNISOC's autumn online conference was held online, where a series of blockbuster products were released, including the country's first automotive-grade dual-frequency high-precision positioning chip A2395, the smart cockpit chip solution A7862, etc.
As the first domestic automotive-grade dual-frequency high-precision positioning chip, A2395 supports GNSS dual-frequency multi-mode, L1+L5 dual-frequency positioning, and the world's mainstream positioning systems, and can provide centimeter-level high-precision positioning, with positioning accuracy 10 times higher than that of single-frequency products. A2395 also has automotive-grade quality, making the user's driving experience safer and more reliable.
A2395 uses 22nm process technology, has low power consumption, and highly integrates RF, baseband, and power management. A2395 uses a domestically produced CPU, supports floating-point operations and MPU, and runs at a maximum frequency of 400MHz.
To lead the future of travel, Unisoc launched the A7862, an octa-core SoC smart cockpit solution, which uses 12nm advanced technology and integrates an 8-core ARM DynamIQ architecture CPU (2 * A75 + 6 * A55) and an ARM Mali G52 MP2 GPU. Compared with similar products from competitors, its CPU multi-core processing capability is 89% higher and its GPU processing capability is 3.4 times higher; the powerful octa-core CPU configuration of A7862 exceeds 95% of similar products on the market. A7862 integrates AI enhancement and VDSP (visual signal processor), providing a powerful AI computing power that is 2 times higher than the average level of competitors in the industry. Compared with most traditional solutions in the industry, Unisoc's chip-level solution is more integrated. One chip can enable the networking and intelligent upgrade of the car, bringing users a safe, reliable and fun smart driving experience.
5G RF front-end complete solution
Unisoc has launched a 5G RF front-end solution to meet the needs of 5G in various complex scenarios, which will bring users excellent battery life, stable and high-quality calls, data transmission rate and network coverage.
Unisoc's 5G RF front-end solution adopts a modular design and integrates devices such as power amplifiers (PA), switches, filters and low-noise amplifiers (LNA). It reduces path loss by 15% and size by 20% compared to the industry average, providing more design space for slim smartphones.
As the first company in China to release a complete 5G RF front-end solution, the 5G RF front-end launched by Unisoc is the most complete among the existing solutions in the domestic open market. It can provide the active chips required for the entire RF front-end, starting from customer reference design to device selection, matching and debugging, and mass production tracking. The overall delivery cycle is 20% shorter than the industry average, greatly shortening the customer's product development time and simplifying the development work.
