Hangzhou Anda Technology was founded in 2016 and has been committed to the development of 77GHz CMOS automotive millimeter-wave radar chips, providing leading millimeter-wave radar solutions for automotive ADAS, autonomous driving and drones, security, intelligent transportation and other fields. Tianyancha shows that Anda Technology received angel round and A round financing in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
Currently, the total value of semiconductor components in a car is around $400 on average. In the next 10-15 years, with the development of technologies such as autonomous driving and vehicle networking, this figure will rise to $1,200.
Among them, semiconductors related to autonomous driving will account for one-third, or $400. Of the $400, about $100 is AI chips, i.e. computing units, and the rest is semiconductor components in sensors such as lidar, millimeter-wave radar, and cameras.
Anzhi Auto completes A+ round of financing of tens of millions of yuan
4 月 15 日消息,安智汽车完成数千万元的 A+轮融资,由乾融资本独家投资。本轮融资将主要用于 ADAS 产品的量产落地、更高阶智能驾驶产品的技术研发。

Lunewave completes $5 million angel round of financing
A startup that provides new sensor technology for autonomous vehicles has recently received investment from many industry giants such as BMW and Baidu. It has just completed a $5 million angel round of financing, which will help the startup named Lunewave accelerate the market launch of a new millimeter-wave radar based on the Luneburg antenna concept.
This concept dates back to the 1940s, and uses 3D printing technology to create a new technical architecture that enables radar antennas to detect a wider range and better accuracy. John believes that due to the unique characteristics of the Luneburg antenna, more objects can be detected over a wider field of view and at a longer distance than existing sensors.
Imagine the antenna as a giant golf ball with a 360-degree field of view. Due to the distance limitation of laser technology, it can detect objects farther away than existing lidar technology. "In bad weather conditions, the penetration of shorter wavelengths will be very difficult, which is the biggest shortcoming of mass production of lidar now." Hao Xin said that millimeter-wave radar has the ability to work in all weather conditions.
Xingyidao announced the completion of a 10 million yuan round of financing
Ms. Zhao Jie, CEO of Beijing Xingyidao Technology Co., Ltd., revealed that this round of capital was led by Guoke Jiahe Capital, followed by Pangu Capital.
