Apple's equity was initially 45% for Jobs, who invested in intellectual property and assets, and finally 0.45% for Jobs. In fact, being held hostage by short-term commercial interests and neglecting innovation from the bottom up, as well as not respecting talent, is not unique to L Company. Many companies have this problem, but they are not as prominent as L Company, nor are they often put under the spotlight and interrogated like L Company. Even some of today's star technology companies have the problem of not respecting talent, being held hostage by short-term commercial interests and neglecting innovation from the bottom up.


For example, several major domestic mobile phone manufacturers that are now gaining momentum have been very successful in business with the help of the AA system, but they are controlled by others in core technology, just like L Company is controlled by Wintel. Moreover, due to the short-term commercial interests, these mobile phone manufacturers have basically lost the determination and courage to break the AA monopoly and start anew.


Another example is a certain large company. Although it once respected talents, as the company expanded, it also suffered from big company problems. Local talents in the company's R&D system were suppressed, marketing wizards held great power, and upstarts from bankrupt foreign capital were worshipped. There was even a situation similar to that of L Company where office politics stifled technological innovation.


At that time, L CompanyThe switch business is profitable and has been purchased by ZNH. Therefore, the switch business is not a money-losing business, but a profitable project. From a purely commercial perspective, even from the standpoint of "trade, industry and technology", Liu CZ lacks the reason to kill it. The mistakes that L Company made in the past have now happened to a certain star enterprise. Domestic companies should take L Company's problems as a warning. L Company is in a state of dire straits that is difficult to reverse, so future generations should not be left to suffer for it.
