The M2 series module is based on Alice, a new generation of high-performance automotive-grade GNSS SoC chip manufactured by Beiyun Technology with a 22 nm process. It adopts a 48-pin LGA package and has a built-in high-precision measurement engine, navigation engine, and functional safety processor. It supports 65 dBc narrowband anti-interference and multi-frequency RTK solution for the entire system, and can effectively cope with harsh environments such as satellite signal interference, obstruction, and multipath, providing continuous, real-time, and reliable high-precision positioning results.

Built-in high-precision full-system multi-frequency GNSS positioning and orientation engine Supports BDS/GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/QZSS full-system multi-frequency high-precision RTK positioning and dual-antenna orientation solution, adopts Bynav REAL (Ransac Enhanced Advanced Location) GNSS positioning and dual-antenna orientation engine, built-in integrity monitoring, improves the fault tolerance and fixation success rate under multipath and interference conditions in urban environments, and the positioning solution results are more robust. 2. High-performance composite interference suppression that can cope with complex electromagnetic environments Built-in SAIF (Smart Advanced Interference Defense) high-performance composite interference suppression technology, high AD quantization bit number, interference-to-signal ratio can reach 65 dBc, supports anti-interference processing of multiple interference styles such as sweep frequency, single frequency, multi-tone, narrowband and pulse, and can cope with common interference signals in various complex electromagnetic environments, such as vehicle-mounted anti-tracking equipment, radar and airport signal towers, etc., greatly improving the availability and integrity of high-precision positioning in vehicle-mounted scenarios. 3. Support ASIL B functional safety level Based on ISO26262 ASIL B functional safety design, built-in functional safety GNSS chip (Bynav Alice chip, a new architecture design based on functional safety requirements) and functional safety algorithm. It can provide high-precision positioning and orientation information with system-level functional safety for smart cars, autonomous driving, etc.
Application scenarios:
Beiyun Technology's M2 series high-precision positioning modules are mainly aimed at vehicle-mounted application scenarios such as assisted driving/high-level autonomous driving, providing stable and reliable high-precision positioning results for smart cars. At present, more than 20 models of many top domestic automobile OEMs have been successfully positioned.
