Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. recently disclosed a new patent for "early warning methods, devices and intelligent driving equipment" that can recognize lip reading and alarm, thereby protecting users' personal safety.
According to the patent abstract, an alarm device in an intelligent driving device determines the user's first lip feature information based on the first lip image information, which is obtained by the first camera. The alarm device inputs the first lip feature information into the lip language alarm model to obtain the first alarm information. The alarm device issues an alarm based on the first alarm information.
Through the above method, when the user is threatened by people or objects outside the vehicle, the vehicle can recognize the user's lip reading and sound the alarm, thereby protecting the user's personal safety.
