3. Follow-up evaluation

Deeply publicize Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, make full use of various channels to increase the interpretation and publicity of policies and regulations, create a good environment for the whole society to jointly promote the dual carbon goals, timely report the progress and achievements of dual-carbon related scientific and technological innovation, widely publicize the good experiences and practices of green and low-carbon demonstration units, give full play to the leading effect of scientific and technological innovation, promote green and low-carbon lifestyles, guide various social entities to fulfill their social responsibilities and promote systematic changes in economic and social development.
