Recently, the Wenzhou Huanfa Ecological Center All-vanadium Liquid Flow Energy Storage Power Station under Baowu Environmental Science and Technology Urban Mining Division has passed the strict acceptance of the State Grid and officially connected to the grid. The commissioning of this power station will greatly improve the adjustment flexibility of the Wenzhou Huanfa plant area power grid, effectively reduce the company's electricity costs, and fully demonstrate Baowu Environmental Science and Technology's firm determination to transform and develop green and low-carbon.

Wenzhou Huanfa Ecological Center Energy Storage Power Station adopts a new generation of double-layer leakproof structure and inert gas protection energy storage project, which has many advantages such as high safety, high stability, and long life. The energy storage power station can not only match with traditional energy, but also make up for the weakness of photovoltaic and wind power that cannot provide continuous and stable electricity, and improve the power fluctuation through "peak shaving and valley filling", improve the reliability of power supply and emergency guarantee capability of the power grid, and has the characteristics of short construction period, small footprint, simple system, and flexible configuration.

The project is similar to a large "power bank". According to the relevant person in charge of Baowu Environmental Science and Technology's Urban Mining Division, the power station is an energy storage station that charges during low-power consumption and discharges during peak power consumption. After it is put into operation, it is expected to discharge more than 584,000 kWh of electricity per year. Wenzhou Huanfa will pay the investor electricity bill at a discounted price based on the time-of-use electricity price, and also has the right to trade carbon emissions.
