Sunwoda and Zhongneng Electric signed an agreement to carry out in-depth cooperation in photovoltaic and energy storage

In order to further deepen cooperation and actively seize the opportunity for the vigorous development of the new energy industry under the background of dual carbon, Shenzhen Xinwanda Integrated Energy Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinwanda Integrated Energy"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinwanda, and Zhongneng Green Wisdom New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongneng Green Wisdom"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongneng Electric Co., Ltd., have recently signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement".

The agreement shows that the two parties intend to carry out overall strategic cooperation in resource acquisition, project development, investment, construction and operation and maintenance of projects such as wind, solar, storage, charging and swapping, and integrated energy services, and jointly support the country's "3060" dual carbon strategy.

This cooperation aims to fully integrate the technical and resource advantages of both parties, realize in-depth cooperation and industrial layout in the field of new energy (photovoltaic, energy storage, etc.), and jointly provide customers with advanced integrated smart energy overall solutions, which is in line with the development strategy of Xinwangda and will have a positive impact on the development of the company's future new energy business.
