On December 25, State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. used the relay protection "mine clearance" system to screen the family defects and old equipment of relay protection at all voltage levels in the province. It took 2 hours and no hidden dangers were found. At present, the system has been promoted in the relay protection system of Jiangsu Province, and the efficiency of on-site investigation and rectification has increased by 50%, providing an effective technical means for the regular investigation and treatment of safety hazards on the relay protection site.
The relay protection system is directly related to the safe and reliable operation of the power grid. The relay protection devices, secondary equipment and circuits are numerous, complex in structure and widely distributed, which brings challenges to on-site safety management. Previously, in order to ensure the reliable operation of the relay protection system, it was necessary to rely on manual on-site inspection of hidden dangers, which was a heavy workload. To this end, State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power took the lead, and Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute specifically constructed and deployed and developed a relay protection "mine clearance" system.
Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute comprehensively sorted out the typical work processes and safety risks at the relay protection site, integrated the existing relay protection and safety automatic device ledger information, operation information and operation and maintenance data, and used artificial intelligence technology to realize the automatic screening and intelligent push of hidden danger information such as relay protection family defects, old equipment, and overdue inspections, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of on-site hidden danger investigation. At the same time, the system sets up a data interface connected to the mobile terminal to achieve two-way synchronization of mobile terminal and system data, record numerical values, texts, images and other information during the on-site execution process, and greatly improve the work efficiency of on-site personnel. The system can effectively strengthen the closed-loop control, realize the panoramic display of the processing progress and results of each link, and complete the hidden danger investigation and treatment with high quality.
