Li Chao said that since its public release on June 28, 2018, "State Grid Xiaoe" has completed the transformation of more than 500 innovative achievements, driven more than 180 upstream and downstream small and medium-sized micro enterprises to start businesses together, created more than 1,000 new jobs, and transformed transactions amounted to 576 million yuan. It is expected that 1,000 projects will be transformed by the end of 2019, and the cumulative transformation transaction amount will exceed 1 billion yuan. Next, State Grid E-Commerce Co., Ltd. will also integrate high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship resources from multiple parties, establish incubation bases and dual innovation colleges, provide young makers with dual innovation production and operation sites and basic office conditions, provide demand docking, creative cultivation, project incubation, achievement transformation, entrepreneurial services, events and financial services and other comprehensive integrated services, build an open, shared, collaborative and efficient, co-creative and win-win dual innovation ecological system, and achieve a high degree of resource convergence, collaborative sharing of creative content, and the transformation of entrepreneurial achievements.

Cultivate new industries, new formats and new models to build a co-construction, co-governance and win-win energy Internet ecosystem

Unlike previous exhibitions, this one is more open, bringing together nearly 140,000 young people from 8,554 teams inside and outside the State Grid Corporation of China system. It has widely solicited more than 12,000 projects, involving 6,800 patents, 3,900 papers, and 820 software copyrights. Many of the achievements have emerged in the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things, are highly practical, and have received great attention from society.

Zhang Lulin from ZTE Corporation is one of the young makers outside the system. This year, he and his partners from State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. and China Tower Corporation have explored a path of "tower sharing" using the Internet of Things thinking.

"5G is here, but currently low-frequency bandwidth resources are limited, and it is difficult to meet the large-capacity needs of emerging businesses. In the future, 85% of new base stations will be built with the help of social towers. Sharing power towers is the best choice to solve the site problem." Zhang Lulin introduced at the results release conference that through sharing, the tower can become a communication node integrating power private network and operator public network, an energy node integrating transmission, distribution, supply and storage, and a spatial information sharing node integrating power facilities, communication equipment, environmental monitoring, and security monitoring. It is the concrete practice of the construction of "three types and two networks".

Zhang Lulin also envisioned the bright future of shared towers in terms of resource conservation. "According to estimates, after the shared towers are built, Nanjing alone can save 9.25 billion yuan in overall investment, 840,000 square meters of land, equivalent to the area of Nanjing South Station, the largest railway station in Asia, and 420,000 tons of steel to build 1,417 kilometers of high-speed rail lines, equivalent to the length of 1.1 Beijing-Shanghai lines. If promoted nationwide, it can save 925 billion yuan in overall investment, 84 million square meters of land, and 42 million tons of steel."

At the forum, upstream and downstream companies also expressed that the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things is of great significance, and will lead the entire industry to work together to solve major technical problems, explore new business models, and expand the energy Internet ecosystem.

On August 27, State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Tencent Cloud signed a cooperation agreement in Beijing. The two parties will base themselves on the ubiquitous power Internet of Things and carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of cloud platform and data middle platform, smart Internet of Things, artificial intelligence platform, etc. Zhou Yingya, general manager of Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Tencent Cloud Energy Business Center, said in his speech at the forum that the State Grid is gradually moving towards ecological openness, and Tencent is willing to cooperate with the State Grid to build an open platform for comprehensive energy services and an open platform for marketing data, and form an energy Internet ecosystem with an open concept.

"Under the trend of new digital transformation, if useful data is brought in, these existing power grid data will play a greater role." Qi Guangyu, product marketing director of JD Cloud at JD Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., said that he hopes to work with the State Grid to create a landing point for the ubiquitous power Internet of Things, and assist the State Grid in building a ubiquitous power Internet of Things in terms of procurement quality management, planning management, supplier management, procurement cost management, procurement progress management, and procurement personnel management.

Zheng Yi, head of the Baidu Smart Cloud Energy Industry Solution Architect at Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd., believes that in the field of "smart +" industry, realizing the intelligence of the industry through various smart apps will usher in a new era of Chinese science and technology. "Baidu's edge computing framework has built-in rich scenarios. For example, AI visual technology solutions can be used in application scenarios such as surface quality defect detection and inspection in the power industry." He said that in the construction of the State Grid's ubiquitous power Internet of Things, Baidu is willing to contribute its advantages in products and technologies to contribute to the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things.

In the future, the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things will effectively promote the development of my country's energy Internet industry cluster and build an open, co-constructed, cooperative, and mutually beneficial industrial ecology. Through cooperation with various enterprises, State Grid Corporation of China will continue to explore new businesses, new formats, and new models, expand the energy Internet ecosystem, actively connect with local economic development, build a one-stop service platform, create a community of interests, strengthen the mining of energy big data value, attract more social capital and market players to participate in creating more and better economic and social benefits, stimulate endogenous motivation, cultivate and develop a number of emerging industries, aggregate industrial momentum, drive industrial upgrading, and achieve industry integration, development linkage, and achievement sharing.
