The inner diameter of the shielding shell is D2 (D2>D1)

The effective relative dielectric constant is ∑R

(For solid core cables , ∑R is equal to the dielectric constant of the insulating material. For foam, spiral wound or other cores containing a lot of air, ∑R will be smaller)
