LM1572 is a 500kHz step-down switching pulse width modulation voltage regulator circuit that can
drive
a 1.5A load, occupy a small PCB space, have excellent current response characteristics and a wide operating voltage range. It is manufactured by National Semiconductor using advanced
analog
bipolar CMOS and DMOS processing technology, and can provide higher efficiency at higher switching frequencies. The built-in 150mΩ field effect power tube can provide greater power in a smaller package.
