Wind power has been limited in urban areas due to high installation costs and city regulations. However, Aerovironment has developed a new approach to urban wind power. It involves a series of small, silent generators. Nicknamed 'Architectural Wind', the system can be embedded in the guardrails of buildings. The optimized generator can bring a 30% performance improvement. More importantly, 'Architectural Wind' makes the application of wind power in cities more convenient and efficient.

Aerovironment website: "Architectural Wind was designed to allow wind turbines to be easily installed on buildings and provide electricity to them. In addition, this design allows the turbines to perform well even in low wind conditions.

It is reported that the installation of these generators will not make major changes to the existing buildings and can provide 6KW of electricity at the beginning. Each device weighs 200 pounds, is 4 feet high and 4 feet wide, and is equipped with a monitoring screen.
