With the radio chip CXA1019 as the core, the coding technology and the single-chip microcomputer technology are cleverly combined to realize a highly sensitive wireless transmission system. The feature of this system is that it integrates highly sensitive radio technology with digital technology, making the system have the advantages of excellent performance, low cost, and convenient adjustment, which can well meet various conventional wireless data transmission needs.
With the continuous improvement of automation and intelligence in social life and production, various intelligent control and acquisition systems have been widely used in environmental monitoring, industrial and agricultural control, security and other fields. Among them, high-quality data transmission is a prerequisite for ensuring efficient, stable and reliable operation of the system. Compared with the traditional hard-wired transmission method, wireless transmission is favored because of its advantages such as long distance, low cost, convenient maintenance, simple installation and flexible configuration. At present, wireless data transmission solutions are mostly implemented using dedicated data transmission modules. These dedicated modules have the advantages of diverse functions, mature technology, and easy use, but generally speaking, they are expensive. When a large number of nodes need to be deployed, the system cost of using dedicated modules will be greatly increased, which is difficult to meet the user needs in a low-cost, multi-node application environment.
Based on this, this paper proposes a low-cost wireless data transmission solution based on CXA1019, which is mainly aimed at wireless transmission needs with small data volume, large number of nodes and cost sensitivity. This solution combines traditional radio technology with modern digital technology. On the basis of retaining the advantages of CXA1019 such as high sensitivity, convenient adjustment and stable performance, it realizes the wireless transmission of digital signals through coding devices and microcontroller function expansion. CXA1019 is a radio chip with excellent performance, but its disadvantage is that it cannot perform digital communication. How to realize digital expansion based on CXA1019 is the focus of this paper.
The wireless data transmission system consists of two parts: the transmitting part and the receiving part. The transmitting part has a simple structure, is built with discrete components, and uses AM modulation.
The core of the receiving part is the CXA1019 chip, equipped with necessary peripheral circuits. Since only the amplification, mixing and filtering functions of the CXA1019 are used in the design, all the complicated circuits belonging to the radio function can be omitted, so that the circuit structure can be greatly simplified. The encoding and decoding chips use PT2262 and PT2272. The use of encoding and decoding not only ensures the reliability of data communication, but also can use the address setting function of the encoding and decoding chip to achieve multi-point communication. The whole system consists of multiple slave nodes distributed in different locations and a master node. To verify the system function, each node is equipped with a temperature sensor DS18B20, and the master node communicates with the slave node regularly to obtain the field temperature.
The system topology and node structure are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
