Composition and characteristics of HLC
1-2-1 HLC command structure and characteristics
HLC consists of the following 8 items.
●MSL Setup: Set the type and status of each MSL station.
●Edit Program: Develop and compile production programs. After programming, optimize the distribution of patch points and the configuration of feeders
to keep each station at the same production rhythm.
●Mount Simulation: Simulate the total production time (approximately), etc.
●Production Planning: Develop a production plan, set the scheduled production quantity, estimate the end time, etc. In addition,
when executing multiple production programs in a planned manner, you can perform optimization to fix the common components (feeders) of each program and
simplify the preparation work to the minimum.
●Production: Transfer the production program to the station for production. The HLC displays
the production status of each station, such as errors in production and the number of components remaining.
●Result Summarizer: Statistic the production management project information by day and month.
●Machine Pro… (Machine program combination): Integrate the programs produced by each station into one program.
●Flexline Database (Flexible Production Line Database): A database used to log the generated component data (including image data, adhesive
data). When compiling other programs, the registered data in the database can be referenced to simplify the work of making component data.
1-2-2 Production line composition
HLC stations can be connected to as few as 1 and as many as 7 operating machines. The connectable stations include
KD770/775/KE710/720/730/740/750/760/2010/2020/2030/
2040/2050/2060/2050R/2055R/
2060R/FX-1/FX-1R/CX-1.
However, one production line can be connected to a maximum of 2 dispensing machines (KD-770/775).
