How to use JLink V8 to burn Nor Flash:

1. Make preparations:

For example, install JLink driver, USB to serial port driver (if it is a laptop)...

2. Move the jumper of the development board to the Nor end, connect the JLink, connect the other end of the JLink to the USB port of the laptop, and power on the development board.

3. Burning:

(1) Open Start->SEGGER->J-Link ARM V4.081->J-Flash ARM;

(2) File->Open Project, open s3c2440a_embedclub.jflash (this file is in)

(3) Options->Project settings

Select Flash, click Select flash device, and select the Nor Flash model corresponding to the development board. Note that the Nor Flash model of mini2440 is SST39VF1601.

(4) Target->connect

(5) File->Open, open the image file you need to download. I chose the supervivi-128.bin file, which is included in the mini2440 official CD.

What you need to choose next is the default.

(6) Target->Program

Erase first and then burn.

(7) After programming is complete, turn off the power and remove the JLink.

(8) Restart the power supply and you will see the supervivi startup interface in the HyperTerminal:

Compiling Linux 2.6.34 kernel for mini2440
The linux-2.6.34 kernel has been released, so I downloaded it and compiled it. There is basically no need to modify it. I just need to modify two lines of Makefile ARCH ?= arm CROSS_COMPILE ?= arm-linux- //This is the cross-compilation tool Then run make mini2440_defconfig to modify arch/arm/mach-s3c

Mini2440 uses jlink to burn superboot to norflash
Jlink version: J-flash ARM V4.12                    Configuration of J-Flash ARM. Generally speaking, you will find some *.jflash configuration files in file-- open project, and you can just load them, but I didn't find any suitable for S3C2440. So I created a mini2440.jflash and configured it manually: J-Link S

mini2440 simple dma working principle experiment
Test the working principle of DMA in driver mode. The user-level program continuously calls ioctl to trigger the DMA operation completed in the driver, moves the memory data block from one consecutive address to another, and then uses memcmp to test the moved data and movement. Is it exactly the same as before? Simp

Debugging Mini2440 with IAR
Using IAR to debug mini2440, ready to play naked running first When I was developing Lpc2214, I used IAR debugging environment, which was pretty good. I once misunderstood this development environment. Because Lpc can configure the Jtag pin as a normal IO I accidentally configured it as IO, which caused IAR to b
