Infotronics showcases ESG innovation at Semicon China 2024 and launches products to optimize semiconductor processes

Standard Technology Corporation, a subsidiary of Qisda Group's Luo Sheng Enterprise, participated in the Semicon China 2024 exhibition, showcasing a number of innovative products that help optimize semiconductor processes, such as ultra-clean metal gas filters and ultra-high precision photoresist coating pumps.

The exhibition was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from March 20 to 22, and Ziteng Technology's booth was located at No. 3145, Hall N3.

Ultra-high precision photoresist coating pump: suitable for photoresist coating in semiconductor yellow light process, and other application scenarios that require precise control of the amount of liquid spray. Almost zero liquid waste, can be used with semiconductor equipment (such as SVG, DNS, TELSUSSTECH, EVG, etc.). Provide cylinder and motor control, high stability and long life. 3. Non-contact vortex suction pen: independently developed by Ziteng, it uses the Bernoulli principle to suck thin wafers or optical components to avoid wafers or optical components
