Identification latch module

1. The key to this module is to accurately determine the first responder and latch it. This can be achieved by using a trigger or latch to block the input after receiving the first signal, making the response signals of other groups invalid.
2. After the first response signal is formed, the encoding, decoding and digital display circuits are used to display the group of the first responder, control the speaker to sound, and start the answer timing circuit.
