After years of development and accumulation, Silan Microelectronics MCU has formed a brand and series, which can provide customers with one-stop product services. Recently, Silan Microelectronics has launched multiple series of MCU products such as the M0 series, M0 dual-core series, M3 series, and M4 series, which can widely support the diverse needs of customers and cover applications such as home appliances, power tools, and electric vehicles. Specifically, it includes MCU-SC32F58/56 series products used in home appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines; low-voltage sealed MCU-SPC7L series products used in garden tools, vacuum cleaners, and low-voltage fans; low-voltage sealed MCU-SPC6L series products used in power tools; and SC32F56 series products used in electric two-wheelers.

In the field of white goods, Silan Microelectronics can provide MCU-SC32F58/56 series products to meet the development needs of home appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, range hoods, dishwashers, etc. The product adopts the ARM core + co-processing architecture. The co-processor supports co-processing functions such as MAC, DIV, CRC, etc., which can realize the calculation power optimization of motor FOC control. The Flash capacity covers 32K-256K. The product has rich peripheral functions and integrates multiple PWM, OPA, CMP, high-speed ADC, DMA, general timer, UART, SPI and co-processor (computing unit). It also has built-in op amps and comparators, which can effectively simplify peripheral circuits. In addition, in response to the different control requirements of various motor types and loads such as compressors, fans, and water pumps in home appliances, Silan Microelectronics has developed a complete motor control algorithm and a full set of solutions to serve the different needs of customers.

In terms of power tool and cleaning tool solutions, Silan Microelectronics can provide low-voltage sealed MCU-SPC7L series products and low-voltage sealed MCU-SPC6L series products. This series of products adopts MCU/driver/LDO three-in-one integrated design, which greatly simplifies the size of the circuit board, uses a customized low-power standby design, directly shuts off the 15V power supply, and the standby current is less than 5uA, which can effectively meet the needs of power tools such as electric drills, electric wrenches, angle grinders, hair dryers, as well as cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers.

It is worth noting that Silan Microelectronics can provide matching power device products for the above solutions, which is also Silan Microelectronics' unique advantage. In order to help customers, Silan Microelectronics can also provide complete turnkey solutions and product packages for various applications, and provide a full set of design support. For example, in terms of general MCU, it can provide full technical support, including schematic design confirmation, bottom-level initialization engineering design, MCU module application routines, PCB design review, etc. For variable frequency MCU, it can provide complete solution support, including schematic design, algorithm software design, BOM table, PCB design and other full set of information and complete testing services.
In addition, Silan Microelectronics has increased its R&D investment in power semiconductor devices and high-voltage integrated circuit technology in recent years.
