May 14, 2024, Shanghai - Naxin Micro announced today the launch of the cost-effective push-pull transformer driver NSIP605x series. The series includes NSIP6051 with an output power of 1W and NSIP6055 with an output power of 5W . Among them, NSIP6055 provides two versions: NSIP6055A with a switching frequency of 160kHz, which can be used in system applications with stricter EMI requirements; and NSIP6055B with a switching frequency of 420kHz, which can be used in system applications that require improved conversion efficiency and reduced transformer size.
The cost-effective NSIP605x series is designed for cost-sensitive systems that do not have special requirements for board size. Compared with similar devices with internally integrated transformers, NSIP605x can provide similar system performance with higher cost-effectiveness. The NSIP605x series is a powerful supplement to Nanochip's existing product portfolio. It can support customers' diverse system design needs through flexible and lightweight configurations and is widely used in industries such as industry, automobiles, and renewable energy.
Excellent EMI and ESD performance helps reduce system design time
Thanks to Naxin Micro's proven EMI optimization technology, the NSIP605x series can achieve ultra-low noise and EMI through conversion rate control of the output switching voltage and spread spectrum clock (SSC), and the peripheral circuit only needs simple configuration to meet the CISPR25 Class 5 requirements. In terms of ESD performance, NSIP605x achieves ±8kV ESD (HBM) and ±2kV ESD (CDM) performance. Excellent EMI and ESD characteristics allow customers to complete the overall system debugging more quickly and conveniently, shortening the design time.
Meet different design needs through Naxinwei's rich product layout
The NSIP605x series push-pull transformer driver is a new member of the cost-effective product series launched by Naxin Micro. Naxin Micro also provides other high-performance, highly integrated product options, including the NSIP88/89xx series and NIRSP31x series with integrated transformers and multi-channel digital isolators; as well as the isolated RS485 transceiver NSIP83086 with integrated transformers and isolation interfaces, and the isolated CAN transceiver NSIP1042. Naxin Micro's comprehensive product layout can meet the diverse system design needs of various types of customers and provide one-stop chip solutions for different customers.
Packaging and selection
NSIP6051 supports SOT23-5L package, and NSIP6055 supports SOT23-6L package. The NSIP605x series provides industrial and automotive versions. The industrial version has been mass-produced recently, and the automotive version will be mass-produced in July 2024.
