AEC-Q200 compliant and suitable for DC power line applications
The SRF7035A series is compact and thin to meet board space constraints and provide EMI suppression and noise filtering in high voltage/high current DC power supplies.
November 19, 2021 - Bourns, a world-renowned leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components, has launched the new SRF7035A common-mode choke series that meets AEC-Q200 automotive standards. Designed to support high voltages and currents in DC power line applications, this series has five impedance ratings, voltages up to 80 VDC, and currents up to 5 A, providing designers with additional flexibility and expanding the use of compact common-mode filters in power applications. Due to limited circuit board space, which has driven the minimization of component shape and volume, a compact surface-mount package design common-mode filter specifically for DC power lines is now available as an option. This series of products uses a surface-mount package that is not only rugged, compact and thin, but is also a direct replacement for solutions of the same level.

Bourns® SRF7035A Common Mode Choke Series is now available and all series are RoHS compliant* and halogen-free**.
*RoHS Directive 2015/863 of March 31, 2015 and Annexes.
**Bourns products meet the “halogen-free” requirement if (a) the bromine content is 900 ppm or less, (b) the chlorine content is 900 ppm or less, and (c) the sum of the bromine and chlorine content is 1500 ppm or less.
