This article introduces a household inverter, whose output power can reach 150W. The circuit design frequency is around 300HZ, and the inverter transformer is small in size and light in weight. It is widely used in household lighting, electronic ballast fluorescent lamps, and switching power supply household appliances.
Capacitors C1 and C2 can use polyester capacitors, and transistors BG1-BG5 can use 9013: 40V0.1A
0.5W, BG6-BG7 can use field effect tube IRF150: 100V40A150W0.055 ohm. Please refer to the design calculation method of the inverter for the winding of transformer B, and debug under amateur conditions; do not connect the power tube first, measure the voltage of point A and point B to the ground, R1 or R2 makes the voltage of points A and B, so that the output square wave can be symmetrical and the static current is the least. Pay attention to the following matters during installation: BG6 and BG7 welding, use a grounded electric soldering iron or cut off the power supply before welding. Large current should be connected with a thick wire with a diameter of 2.5MM, and the connection should be as short as possible. The battery voltage is 12V and the capacity is 12AH. The power tube should be equipped with an appropriate heat sink, such as a 100*100*3MM aluminum plate for heat dissipation. If you want power, use power tubes of the same model in parallel, and the power of the transformer accordingly.
